One quality system. Twelve dosage forms.
EUPHM coordinates capsule, tablet, softgel, gummy, powder and liquid production through one project owner and one documentation standard. The manufacturing footprint is described in the site pack rather than inflated with numbers we cannot document.

Separate production rooms, common quality standards.
Cross-contamination is a layout problem before it is a cleaning problem. Each format has its own air handling, change rooms and line clearance procedure.

Solid dosage
Capsule filling, direct compression, wet granulation, coating and effervescent pressing, with in-process weight and hardness checks.

Softgel & gummy
Encapsulation for oils and emulsions, and deposited gummy lines for pectin and gelatin bases, including sugar-free and 3D moulds.

Powder & stick
Blending, agglomeration, stick and sachet filling, with fill-weight and homogeneity checks on every run.

Liquid & drops
Syrups, tinctures, MCT oils and drop filling, with dedicated pumps and cleaning validation for each product family.

Packaging
Bottles, blisters, sachets, sticks, jars, tubes and cartons, with induction sealing, desiccant and child-resistant closures.

Quality lab
HPLC, GC, dissolution, microbiology and stability chambers on site, so release testing does not wait for an external queue.
Which lines your product runs on
Photographed on site and listed by dosage form, so you can ask for a specific line before quoting.

Filling, capping, labelling and inspection run in one controlled space, operators gowned throughout.

Forming, product feeding and foil sealing in one pass — tablets and capsules go from the press room straight into alu-PVC blisters.

Six to ten lanes run at once, dosing powder or liquid into single-serve stick packs with a sealed crimp on every end.

Two to thirty gram sachets, three-side or back seal, with auger dosing for fine powders.

Two die rollers form, fill and seal each softgel in a single rotation — the gel ribbon is cut and welded around the fill.
Powder dosing into 0# / 1# shells
Auger dosing, sealed on the fly
Syrups and shots into single-serve pouches
Bottles, bars and blisters film-wrapped
Bag formed, filled and cut in one cycle

Site visits and audits.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. We ask for a short call first so the relevant production and QA leads are on site, and we can show you the lines that match your format.
Do you allow third-party audits?
Yes. We support client audits and accredited third-party audits. We share the quality manual, batch records (redacted where needed) and corrective-action log under NDA.
Is the address published?
The city and province are public; the full street address is shared with qualified buyers and auditors. This keeps unscheduled visitors and scrapers away from the gate.
