Overview

Sourcing an organic supplement manufacturer means verifying certifications, ingredient traceability and production capacity before you commit. EUPHM holds GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, halal and vegan certifications; organic input sourcing is confirmed per project against the certificate covering the lot. Our 12,000 m² facility runs capsule, tablet, powder and liquid lines. We help brand owners launch or scale organic SKUs without compromising compliance or timelines.

Certified Organic Production at Scale

Our organic lines are physically separated from conventional production. We run dedicated capsule, tablet and powder equipment to prevent cross-contact. Each batch uses certified organic raw materials with full traceability from farm to finished bottle. We maintain organic certificates for the US, EU and UK markets, and can supply transaction certificates for every shipment.

With 8 lines and 12,000 m², we handle volumes from 1,000-unit pilot runs to 500,000-unit orders. Typical mass production takes 20–35 working days after sample approval. For repeat orders, we hold stock of your approved organic ingredients to shorten lead times. Our planning team shares a production schedule before you commit.

Organic Formulation and Ingredient Sourcing

We formulate organic capsules, tablets, powders and liquids using USDA or EU organic ingredients. Our in-house team helps you select organic herbal extracts, vitamins, minerals and superfoods that meet your label claims. We verify each ingredient's organic certificate and review pesticide residue test reports before production.

For organic blends, we adjust ratios to meet your target serving size and taste profile. We offer organic excipients such as acacia fibre and rice hull concentrate. If an ingredient is not available organic, we suggest a compliant alternative. All formulations are documented with a bill of materials and allergen statement.

Quality Control and Global Logistics

Every organic batch is tested for identity, potency, heavy metals, microbials and pesticide residues. We follow HACCP and ISO 22000 protocols. Our QC lab releases a certificate of analysis for each lot. We also provide organic transaction certificates and, where required, halal certificates.

We ship to the US, EU, UK and Middle East from Shenzhen and Hong Kong ports. Standard packaging includes recyclable HDPE bottles, glass jars and pouches. We handle labelling with your artwork and can apply organic logos after verifying your certification. Air and sea freight options are quoted with lead times.

Quality Control and Batch Documentation

Every batch produced at our organic supplement manufacturing facility enters a documented QC programme before release. Incoming organic raw materials are sampled at 100% of containers for identity by FTIR and, where relevant, HPLC or TLC against a reference standard. Potency assays follow the finished-product specification, typically ±5% of label claim. Microbial testing covers total aerobic count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus, with limits set to USP <2021> and <2022> for non-sterile dietary supplements. Heavy metals are screened by ICP-MS for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury against EU 2023/915 and California Proposition 65 thresholds where applicable.

In-process checks run at defined intervals: weight variation every 15 minutes on capsule and tablet lines, hardness and friability hourly, and disintegration testing on each shift. Finished capsules and tablets are tested for disintegration within 15 minutes for immediate-release dosage forms. Powder blends are checked for homogeneity by stratified sampling at three points in the blender. Any out-of-specification result triggers a documented investigation and batch hold before the material can proceed to packaging.

A certificate of analysis (COA) accompanies every batch and includes the product name, batch number, manufacturing and expiry dates, specification parameters, test methods, results and pass/fail status. It is signed by the QC manager and references the retained sample. We retain samples of every batch for 24 months beyond the labelled expiry date, stored under controlled temperature and humidity. Stability protocols follow ICH Q1A(R2) conditions: 25°C/60% RH for long-term and 40°C/75% RH for accelerated, with testing at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 months to support a two-year shelf life.

Batch records, raw material COAs, packaging records and deviation reports are archived for five years and can be provided in English for customer audits. For organic claims, we maintain transaction certificates for each organic input and reconcile them against production yield per batch, so the organic supplement manufacturer chain of custody is auditable from farm to finished unit.

Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness

Our organic supplement manufacturing lines support HDPE bottles from 60 cc to 500 cc, glass bottles for liquids, blister packs in PVC/PVDC or alu-alu, stick packs of 5 g to 10 g, and sachets from 3 g to 30 g. Bottles can be supplied with induction seals, child-resistant closures or standard screw caps. We hold tooling for common bottle sizes and can accommodate custom moulds with a lead time of 25 to 35 days. Desiccant and cotton are added according to product moisture sensitivity, and we offer nitrogen flushing for sensitive powders.

Labels are checked against the destination market requirements before printing. For the US, we review the statement of identity, net quantity, supplement facts panel, other ingredients, suggested use, and the required FDA disclaimer for structure/function claims. For the EU, we check the nutrition declaration, allergen statement and organic logo with the certification body code. Lot number and expiry date are inkjet-coded on the label and, where space allows, on the carton. We provide a label proof for written approval before any production run.

Cartons are specified to withstand export handling: typically 5-ply corrugated with a burst strength of 18 kg/cm² and a maximum gross weight of 20 kg. Pallets are 1,200 x 1,000 mm or 1,200 x 800 mm, stretch-wrapped and strapped, with a maximum height of 1,800 mm for sea freight. For Amazon sellers, we can apply FNSKU labels, poly-bag units and print carton markings to the FBA inbound specification. Retail-ready display cartons and shelf-ready trays are available on request.

We do not print claims that are not supported by the formula or the customer's substantiation file. Where a brand needs organic logos, the artwork must match the certificate scope and be approved by the certifier before print. Packaging components are inspected on receipt for dimension, print registration and closure integrity, and first-article approval is required before each packaging run.

MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery from Our Organic Supplement Manufacturing Facility

Sampling starts with a technical review of your formula and target market. We provide stock or custom samples within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the specification and, for custom formulas, a signed sample agreement. Sample cost is credited against the first mass-production order. The sample report includes the formula, suggested dosage, packaging options and a draft COA so you can verify the specification before committing to a production slot.

Mass production runs 20 to 35 working days after sample approval and receipt of deposit, depending on format and packaging complexity. Capsules and tablets typically fall at the lower end; powders in stick packs or liquids in glass bottles take longer because of filling and secondary packaging. MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU for standard capsules and tablets, with lower quantities available for pilot runs. We confirm the production window in writing once the purchase order and artwork approval are received.

We ship under EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong, and DDP for selected destinations. Air freight is used for urgent launches and typically takes 5 to 8 days door to door; sea freight takes 25 to 35 days to the US West Coast and 30 to 40 days to Northern Europe, plus customs clearance. We provide commercial invoice, packing list, COA, MSDS where applicable, free-sale certificate, and phytosanitary certificate for botanical ingredients where the destination requires it. Organic shipments include the transaction certificate for the relevant batch.

For repeat orders, we hold approved artwork and packaging specifications on file, which shortens the lead time by about 5 working days. We recommend booking capacity four to six weeks ahead during peak season (August to November) to secure your preferred production window.

Questions buyers ask.

What certifications do you hold for organic supplements?+

We hold EU organic, UK organic, GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, halal and vegan certifications. Our facility is audited annually. We provide transaction certificates for each organic shipment so your product can carry the organic seal in your target market.

What is the minimum order quantity for organic capsules?+

Our standard MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling. For pilot runs, we can go lower. MOQ depends on capsule size, fill weight and whether we already stock your organic ingredients. Contact us with your specification for a precise quote.

How long does sampling and production take?+

Sample lead time is 7–10 working days after we receive your formula and organic ingredient list. Mass production takes 20–35 working days after sample approval and deposit. Repeat orders can be faster if we hold your approved materials in stock.

Can you help with organic formulation?+

Yes. Our in-house formulators develop organic capsules, tablets, powders and liquids. We source certified organic raw materials, adjust ratios, and suggest organic excipients. We also review your label claims for compliance with US, EU and UK organic regulations.

Do you ship to the US, EU and Middle East?+

We ship worldwide from Shenzhen and Hong Kong. For the US, we provide FDA-registered facility documentation and prior notice support. For the EU and UK, we supply organic certificates of inspection. For the Middle East, we include halal certificates where required. Air and sea freight options are available.

Can you provide a free-sale certificate and other export documents for organic supplements?+

Yes. For each shipment we provide a certificate of analysis, MSDS where applicable, free-sale certificate, and phytosanitary certificate for botanical ingredients if the destination requires it. Organic batches include the transaction certificate covering the specific lot. We can also legalise documents through a chamber of commerce or embassy if your market requires it, with the associated fees and timeline confirmed at order stage.

How do you handle organic certification for a private-label product under my brand?+

Your brand can hold the organic certificate while we manufacture under our certified organic system. We provide the organic ingredient transaction certificates, our facility certificate and the batch production records your certifier needs. The label must show the certifier's code and meet the logo requirements of the destination market. We recommend confirming the certifier and scope before artwork approval to avoid reprinting.

What is your policy on stability testing and shelf-life for custom formulas?+

We run accelerated stability at 40°C/75% RH for six months and long-term at 25°C/60% RH for up to 24 months, with testing at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 months. Shelf life is assigned from the real-time data available at release, typically 24 months for capsules and tablets. For new formulas, we can start production with a provisional 18-month shelf life while long-term data accumulates.
