Tested at every stage. Documented for every batch.
Raw materials stay quarantined until tested. Finished goods do not ship without a signed certificate of analysis.
Quality control in three bands.

Certifications and registrations.
Certificates are issued to Zhongci Health Products Technology Development Co., Ltd. for the Huadu site. Scannable copies are available on request and accompany the first order.
See certificate scope and how to verifyWhat every batch goes through.
Identity & assay
HPLC, GC and titrimetric methods confirm each active is what it should be, at the claimed strength.
Microbiology
Total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli and Salmonella on every finished batch.
Heavy metals
Lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury screened against USP <232> limits.
Physical parameters
Weight, hardness, disintegration, dissolution and fill volume per batch record.
Residual solvents
Where extracts are used, tested against ICH Q3C class limits.
Stability
Accelerated (40°C / 75% RH) and real-time studies support your shelf-life claim.
How a batch gets released.
Raw materials go into quarantine on arrival and are not issued to production until QC samples them against the approved specification. Identity, assay, microbiology and heavy metals are recorded in the batch history; a failed lot is rejected or destroyed, never released on a promise to test later.
During production, fill weight, hardness, disintegration and appearance are checked at the intervals written into the batch record. Any result outside tolerance opens a deviation, and QA decides whether the batch is reworked, accepted under concession or rejected. The corrective action closes before release, not after.
Finished goods are tested in full and a certificate of analysis is issued only when every result is in specification. The shipping pack contains the COA, batch number and manufacture date, retain-sample records and, where your market needs them, a health certificate or certificate of origin. Retain samples are held for the full shelf life in case a complaint or traceability question arrives later.
