Production line

Tell us what you want to launch.

Send the brief and we will come back with a formulation direction, indicative pricing and a realistic lead time — usually within one working day.

Attach a brief, formula or artwork by replying to our confirmation email.

Three steps, no sales sequence.

  1. 01
    Same-day acknowledgment

We log the brief and assign one named contact — not a shared inbox that swallows it.

  2. 02
    Formulation review in 1-2 days

We check every active against your destination market's dosage limits and tell you up front if something needs reformulating.

  3. 03
    Quote and sample plan

Pricing at your volume, tooling if any, sample lead time and a production slot you can actually plan around.

Include these and it goes faster
  • Target market (US / EU / UK / Middle East)
  • Dosage form and per-serving dose
  • First-order volume
  • Packaging format and whether you need artwork
  • Target launch date
  • Existing formula or a benchmark product

Commercial terms

Tooling costs, deposit terms and lead-time calculations are stated before quoting, so there are no material changes after sampling begins.

Minimum order
1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling; smaller pilot runs are quoted case by case. No additional colour or size surcharges beyond the packaging cost.
Sampling
7–10 working days. Sample cost is quoted according to formula and mould complexity; part of it is credited against the production order on approval.
Tooling
Custom moulds are quoted separately, remain the client's property and are reusable for future runs. Standard bottle, blister and stick-pack formats require no new tooling.
Lead time
4–6 weeks of mass production, counted from receipt of deposit and approval of artwork. Sea freight to US or EU ports adds approximately 30–40 days.
Payment
T/T in USD, EUR or RMB. First order: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. Repeat orders may be quoted at 30/70 against a copy bill of lading. Credit cards are not accepted on production orders.
Inspection
Every batch ships with a COA and a retained sample. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged at the plant before shipment, at the buyer's cost.
Ownership
Formula, process and packaging artwork remain the client's property. An NDA is signed before the first sample, and client formulas are not reused for other buyers.

Projects we do not accept

  • Therapeutic or disease-treatment claims. We manufacture dietary supplements, not registered medicines.
  • Sterile, injectable or prescription-only formats, which require a separate licence and facility.
  • Documents that do not match the product: backdated COAs, misstated origin, or ingredient lists differing from the batch.
  • Shipments without a COA or retained sample, regardless of schedule.
  • A new mould plus delivery to Europe within 30 days. We will quote the timeline accurately but will not commit to it.

If a project falls into any of these categories, we state this before quoting.
