Overview

Sourcing a supplement manufacturing partner means verifying certifications, capacity and lead times before you commit. This page explains how EUPHM operates as a GMP certified contract manufacturer. You will find our plant specifications, formulation support, quality systems and logistics. We work with brand owners, founders and procurement managers who need consistent, compliant production at retail scale. All figures below reflect our actual Guangdong facility.

Manufacturing Capability and Scale

Our Guangdong plant runs 12 production lines across capsules, tablets, softgels and powders. We fill bottles from 30cc to 500cc, with fill weights from 100mg to 1,200mg per capsule or tablet. Annual capacity reaches 2 billion capsules and 1.5 billion tablets. For gummies, we produce up to 500 million pieces per year. Each line operates under GMP conditions with in-process checks every 30 minutes. This means your order moves from pilot to full retail run without changing equipment or quality protocols.

We handle both small pilot batches and large repeat orders. A typical retail launch starts at 1,000 units per SKU. If you need to test the market, we can run 1,000 units at a higher per-unit cost. Once your formula is locked, we scale to 50,000 units or more per SKU. Changeover between SKUs takes 4–6 hours, including full line clearance and cleaning. That keeps your lead time predictable at 20–35 working days for mass production.

Formulation and Ingredient Sourcing

Our formulation team includes 8 food scientists and 3 regulatory specialists. They develop custom formulas or match your existing label. We source ingredients from approved suppliers in Europe, Japan, the US and China. Every incoming lot is tested for identity, potency and heavy metals. For botanical extracts, we request HPLC fingerprints. For probiotics, we verify CFU counts at release and at end of shelf life. You receive a certificate of analysis for each batch before shipment.

We can work with certified halal and vegan inputs. If your target market requires we maintain a separate organic-certified storage and production area. For allergen control, we run dedicated lines for gluten-free and dairy-free products. Flavour and colour options include natural, nature-identical and synthetic, depending on your regulatory market. We also offer clean-label solutions with no titanium dioxide, no magnesium stearate and no artificial colours.

Quality Systems and Compliance

Our facility is GMP certified and holds ISO 22000 and HACCP. We are also FDA-registered for dietary supplements. That means we follow 21 CFR Part 111 for cGMP. We run a full quality management system with 14 documented SOPs covering receiving, blending, encapsulation, packaging and release. Environmental monitoring occurs weekly in filling rooms. Water for production is purified by reverse osmosis and tested daily. We retain samples from every batch for 2 years after expiry.

For export to the EU, we provide health certificates and statements of compliance with EC Regulation 1924/2006. For the UK, we supply UKCA documentation. For the Middle East, we handle halal certification through recognised bodies. Each shipment includes a certificate of analysis, MSDS if needed, and a free-sale certificate. We also support stability studies: accelerated at 40°C/75% RH for 6 months and real-time at 25°C/60% RH for up to 36 months.

Quality Control and Batch Documentation at Our GMP Certified Supplement Manufacturer Facility

Every batch produced at our Guangdong plant enters a documented quality control programme. Incoming raw materials are sampled and tested for identity by FTIR or HPLC, potency against the certificate of analysis, microbial limits (total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella), heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury) and, where relevant, pesticide residues. Finished products are tested for disintegration and dissolution, uniformity of weight, and final potency. Testing is performed in-house and, for certain markers, by a third-party laboratory.

A certificate of analysis (COA) accompanies each batch. It lists the product name, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, tests performed, specifications, results and the signature of the quality control manager. We retain samples from every batch for the full shelf life plus six months. Stability studies follow ICH climatic zone II conditions (25°C ± 2°C, 60% RH ± 5% RH) with accelerated testing at 40°C ± 2°C, 75% RH ± 5% RH for three months. Real-time data at 12, 24 and 36 months support expiry claims.

Batch records include dispensing weights, in-process checks (weight variation, hardness, friability, fill volume), line clearance records and reconciliation of components. Any deviation is logged and investigated before release. The quality assurance team reviews and signs off each batch record before the COA is issued. This documentation trail is what auditors and your own regulatory consultants will ask for, and it is available for inspection at any time during production.

Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness

We offer primary packaging in high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bottles from 30 ml to 500 ml, blister packs, stick packs and sachets. Bottles can be supplied with induction seals, child-resistant closures or standard screw caps. Labelling follows your artwork and must include the FDA dietary supplement label elements if you sell into the United States: statement of identity, net quantity of contents, supplement facts panel, ingredient list, allergen declaration and the manufacturer or distributor address. We print lot numbers and expiry dates by inkjet or laser coding on the bottle, carton and shipper.

Cartons are specified to your retail requirements. Standard carton dimensions and pallet patterns are provided before production so you can confirm container loading. For Amazon sellers, we apply FNSKU labels and poly-bag or shrink-wrap according to Amazon's packaging requirements. We can also apply retail-ready packaging such as shelf-ready trays or display cartons. All packaging components are inspected on receipt for dimensional accuracy and print quality, and line clearance ensures no mix-up between SKUs.

MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery from Our GMP Certified Supplement Manufacturer

Sampling takes 7 to 10 working days from receipt of your formula and packaging specifications. The sample is produced on the same equipment as mass production, so the sample you approve is representative of the commercial batch. Once you approve the sample and pay the deposit, mass production runs 20 to 35 working days depending on dosage form and packaging complexity. We provide a production schedule at order confirmation and update you at key milestones.

Shipping is arranged by air or sea. Air freight typically takes 3 to 7 days to major hubs, while sea freight takes 20 to 35 days depending on destination port. We work with EXW, FOB and DDP terms. For DDP, we handle customs clearance and delivery to your door, which is common for Amazon FBA shipments. Documents provided with each shipment include the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of analysis, material safety data sheet (MSDS) where applicable, free-sale certificate and, for plant-based ingredients, phytosanitary certificate if required by your country.
