End-to-End Private Label Capabilities

Our private label service covers the full production cycle. We source raw materials from approved suppliers, test incoming ingredients, and blend according to your formula or ours. Encapsulation runs on automatic lines with fill weights from 300 to 800 mg for capsules and 500 to 1,500 mg for tablets. For powders, we offer stick packs, jars, and pouches from 5 g to 500 g. Gummies are produced in 2-5 g pieces with pectin or gelatin bases.

Packaging options include bottles, blisters, sachets, and custom cartons. We handle label printing, lot coding, and shrink-wrapping. Our team coordinates with your freight forwarder or arranges shipping from Shenzhen or Hong Kong ports. For pilot runs, we can produce as few as 1,000 units to test the market before scaling to full retail volumes.

Formulation and Ingredient Sourcing

We maintain a library of over 500 stock formulas for categories including sports nutrition, weight management, immunity, joint health, beauty, and sleep support. If you need a custom formula, our R&D team develops it within 10-15 working days, including stability testing. We source ingredients from certified suppliers in Europe, the US, and Asia, with full traceability documentation.

For branded ingredients, we work with authorised distributors to ensure authenticity. We can incorporate probiotics, plant extracts, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and specialty compounds. All raw materials are tested for identity, potency, and contaminants before production. We also offer organic, non-GMO, and allergen-free formulations to meet regional requirements.

Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance

Quality control runs at every stage. Incoming materials are quarantined until tested. During production, we check weight variation, hardness, disintegration, and moisture. Finished products undergo microbiological, heavy metal, and potency testing in our ISO 17025-accredited lab or with third-party labs. We retain samples for 2 years and provide certificates of analysis for each batch.

Our facility is FDA-registered and holds GMP, ISO 22000, and HACCP certifications. We also obtain halal certification for applicable products. For US, EU, UK, and Middle East markets, we prepare documentation including free sale certificates, ingredient statements, and allergen declarations. Our regulatory team stays current with local labelling laws to help you avoid customs delays.

Quality Control and Batch Documentation

Every private label supplement batch is tested at three stages: incoming raw materials, in-process blend or slurry, and finished goods. Identity testing uses FTIR or HPLC against reference standards. Potency assays confirm active marker compounds within 90-110% of label claim. Microbial testing covers total aerobic count, yeast and mould, E. coli, and Salmonella, with limits set to USP or EU pharmacopoeial thresholds. Heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury) are screened by ICP-MS. Disintegration testing follows USP <701> for tablets and capsules, with typical limits of 30 minutes for uncoated tablets and 15 minutes for capsules.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued for each batch and includes the product name, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, tests performed, specification limits, results, and a pass/fail statement. The COA is signed by the QC manager and references the analytical methods used. Retention samples from every batch are stored under controlled conditions for 12 months beyond the declared shelf life. Stability protocols follow ICH Q1A(R2) guidelines, with accelerated testing at 40°C/75% RH for six months and real-time testing at 25°C/60% RH for the full shelf life, typically 24 to 36 months for solid dosage forms.

Documentation packs for private label orders include the COA, batch manufacturing record summary, and a declaration of allergen status. For markets requiring it, we provide a free-sale certificate and a GMP certificate issued by the local authority. These documents are prepared within five working days of batch release and can be sent electronically or included with the shipment. Buyers who need a specific format for their quality team can request a template before production starts.

Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness

Private label supplements can be packed in HDPE bottles (60, 90, 120, 180, or 240 cc), blister packs (10 or 12 tablets per blister, up to 10 blisters per carton), stick packs (2-5 g powder), or single-serve sachets (5-30 g). Bottle closures include induction seals, child-resistant caps, and desiccant options. Labels are printed on coated paper or film with matte or gloss finish, applied by automatic labelling machines with placement accuracy of ±1 mm. Lot and expiry dates are inkjet-coded on the bottle base or label edge, and cartons are coded with the same information.

For the US market, labels include the FDA-required dietary supplement facts panel, ingredient list, allergen statement, and the disclaimer that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We can also include structure/function claims if the buyer provides substantiation. For the EU, labels follow Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 and the Food Supplements Directive, with nutrition declaration and recommended daily portion. Amazon sellers can request FNSKU barcodes printed on labels or applied as stickers, and we can poly-bag bottles with a suffocation warning if required by the marketplace.

Cartons are typically 5-ply corrugated with a maximum weight of 15 kg for manual handling. Pallets are 1,200 x 800 mm or 1,200 x 1,000 mm, stretch-wrapped and strapped, with a maximum height of 1,800 mm including the pallet. We provide a packing list and pallet manifest for each shipment. Retail-ready packaging, such as shelf-ready trays or display cartons, can be arranged for an additional tooling cost and a minimum order quantity of 5,000 units per SKU.

MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery

The standard minimum order quantity for private label supplements is 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling, and 1,000 units for pilot runs in simple packaging. Sample lead time is 7-10 working days from receipt of a signed specification and payment of the sample fee, which is credited against the first production order. Mass production takes 20-35 working days after sample approval, depending on the dosage form and packaging complexity. Gummies typically require 30-35 working days because of the settling and curing steps.

We ship under EXW, FOB, or DDP terms. FOB ports are Shenzhen or Hong Kong. Air freight is used for urgent orders and typically takes 5-8 days door-to-door, while sea freight to Europe or North America takes 25-35 days port-to-port. For DDP shipments, we handle customs clearance and delivery to the buyer's warehouse, with duties and taxes included in the quoted price. We provide a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, COA, MSDS, and free-sale certificate where applicable. Phytosanitary certificates are provided for botanical ingredients when required by the destination country.

Payment terms are 50% deposit with the balance due before shipment, or a letter of credit for orders above USD 50,000. We accept bank transfer and can arrange third-party inspection before shipment at the buyer's cost. For repeat orders, we keep a master batch record and packaging artwork on file to reduce lead time by 3-5 working days.
