White Label Supplement Manufacturer for Growing Brands
Launch your own supplement line with a GMP-certified white label manufacturer. EUPHM handles formulation, sourcing, production and packaging so you can focus on marketing and sales.
Overview
White label manufacturing lets you apply your brand to proven supplement formulas without developing them from scratch. EUPHM produces capsules, tablets, powders and softgels in a Guangdong facility certified to GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP. We support retail bottling from 1,000 units per SKU, with pilot runs below that. Sample lead time is 7-10 working days, and mass production runs 20-35 working days. Certifications include halal and vegan where applicable.

Manufacturing Capabilities and Scale
Our plant runs capsule filling, tablet compression, powder blending and softgel encapsulation lines. We produce 50,000 to 200,000 units per day depending on format, with capacity to handle orders from 1,000 to over 500,000 units per SKU. For white label projects, we maintain a library of over 200 stock formulas across categories such as vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, probiotics and sports nutrition. You can select an existing formula, adjust the flavour or dosage, and apply your label. This reduces development time and cost compared to custom formulation from scratch.
Packaging lines support bottles from 30 mL to 1 L, blister packs, stick packs and sachets. We offer nitrogen flushing for oxygen-sensitive ingredients, desiccant options, and induction sealing. Our facility is FDA-registered for dietary supplements, and we operate under GMP and ISO 22000. For white label orders, we provide artwork templates and can coordinate label printing if needed. Turnaround from purchase order to dispatch is typically 20-35 working days, plus 7-10 days for samples if you require a pre-production sample.
Formulation and Ingredient Sourcing
White label does not mean limited flexibility. You can modify a stock formula by adjusting actives, changing capsule colour or size, switching to vegan capsules, or adding a new ingredient. Our formulation team reviews your target label claims and suggests a composition that meets regulatory limits for the US, EU, UK and Middle East. We source ingredients from qualified suppliers with certificates of analysis. Common actives include vitamin C, D3, magnesium, zinc, ashwagandha, turmeric, collagen, and probiotics with specified CFU counts.
For organic or non-GMO projects, we source certified organic raw materials and maintain organic handling procedures. Halal certifications are available for applicable formulas. We can provide allergen statements and country-of-origin documentation. If you need a custom blend, our minimum order for a new formula is 5,000 units per SKU, but we can produce pilot batches of 1,000-2,000 units for stability and sensory testing. All batches are assigned a lot number and retained for 12 months for traceability.
Quality Control and Compliance
Every white label batch undergoes testing at three stages: incoming raw materials, in-process checks, and finished product. We test identity, potency, microbial limits, heavy metals and disintegration time. Our in-house lab uses HPLC, GC, ICP-MS and UV-Vis. For probiotics, we verify CFU counts at release and at the end of shelf life. We retain samples from each batch for 12 months. Documentation includes certificates of analysis, MSDS, and statements of allergen and GMO status. We do not claim FDA approval; our facility is FDA-registered and inspected under 21 CFR Part 111.
We hold GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP certifications. Halal certificates are available for specific product lines. Organic certification is maintained for organic projects. Our quality team can support your regulatory filings by providing technical dossiers, ingredient breakdowns and label reviews. For exports to the EU, we provide documentation for novel food and health claims assessment where applicable. For the Middle East, we can arrange halal certification per batch. Lead times for documentation are typically 3-5 working days after production.
Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness
Primary packaging options include HDPE bottles from 60 cc to 500 cc, PET jars for powders, blister packs of 10 to 30 cavities, stick packs of 5 g to 30 g and sachets of 2 g to 10 g. Bottles can be supplied with induction seals, pressure-sensitive liners and child-resistant closures. Desiccant canisters or silica gel sachets are added for hygroscopic formulas. We can print batch number and expiry date by inkjet or laser on the base, side wall or crimp, with a minimum character height of 1.5 mm for legibility.
For US retail, the label must carry a statement of identity, net quantity, supplement facts panel with % daily value where applicable, other ingredients list, directions for use, and the manufacturer or distributor name and address. FDA does not pre-approve labels, so we recommend a third-party label review before printing. For EU markets, the nutrition declaration, allergen highlighting and health claim wording must follow Regulation 1169/2011 and 1924/2006. We can supply dielines and barcode placement guidance for Amazon FNSKU labels, which must be applied over the original barcode or on the carton in a clear area.
Cartons are specified to your retail channel: standard RSC cartons with a 5 mm tolerance on dimensions, printed with lot and expiry on the end panel. Pallet configurations are built to 1,200 mm x 1,000 mm or 1,200 mm x 800 mm footprints, with a maximum height of 1,800 mm including the pallet. Stretch wrap and edge protectors are standard for sea freight. We can provide a packaging specification sheet listing bottle weight, cap torque, label dimensions, carton gross weight and units per pallet so your warehouse can plan receipt.
Retail-ready white label supplements often need a shipper carton that doubles as a display unit. We can produce shelf-ready trays with a tear-away top and printed side panels, subject to a minimum of 500 cartons per SKU. For Amazon, we recommend poly-bagging bottles with a suffocation warning if the cap is not child-resistant, and applying the FNSKU on the bottle rather than the carton to avoid mixed inventory. Artwork proofs are issued as PDF with bleed and CMYK values, and you approve a physical proof before mass printing.
MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery
Sampling starts with a 7-10 working day turnaround for stock formulas, or 15-20 working days if a new flavour or capsule colour is required. Samples are shipped by courier at your cost, with a COA for the sample batch. Once you approve the sample and packaging artwork, we issue a proforma invoice and schedule production. Mass production runs 20-35 working days after sample approval, depending on component lead times. Bottles and labels typically add 10-15 working days if sourced new; stock bottles reduce this to 5-7 working days.
For delivery, we quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong, and DDP for most destinations. Air freight takes 5-10 days door to door and suits pilot runs or urgent replenishment; sea freight takes 25-40 days port to port and is cost-effective above 500 kg. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, COA, MSDS for relevant ingredients, free-sale certificate and, for plant-derived ingredients, a phytosanitary certificate where the destination requires it. Certificates of origin can be issued on request.
MOQ for white label supplements is 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling, with pilot runs from 500 units at a higher unit cost. Blister and stick pack formats carry a higher MOQ of 10,000 units because of setup waste. If you order multiple SKUs, we can combine them in one production window to reduce changeover cost. Payment terms are 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading, and we accept T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000.
Lead times are confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice and updated if a component is delayed. We send a production schedule with weekly progress photos for orders above 10,000 units. If you use a freight forwarder, we deliver to their warehouse in Shenzhen or Hong Kong within the agreed window. For DDP shipments, we handle customs clearance and last-mile delivery, and you receive the delivery note and COA with the goods. Claims for short shipment or damage must be raised within seven days of receipt.

Questions buyers ask.
What is the minimum order for white label supplements?+
For retail bottling, the MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU depending on formula and packaging. Pilot runs of 1,000-2,000 units are possible for stability testing or market trials. Custom formulations typically require 5,000 units per SKU. We can discuss lower quantities for initial orders if you commit to a production schedule.
How long does white label production take?+
Samples take 7-10 working days. After sample approval and deposit, mass production runs 20-35 working days. Total lead time from purchase order to dispatch is typically 30-45 working days. Shipping time depends on destination and freight method. We provide a production schedule with your order confirmation.
Can I use my own label and packaging design?+
Yes. You supply print-ready artwork, and we apply your labels to bottles, jars or sachets. We can also coordinate label printing with your chosen printer or our local supplier. For stick packs and sachets, we print directly on the film. We review artwork for regulatory compliance and print quality before production.
Do you provide certificates for halal or organic?+
We hold halal certifications for applicable product lines. Organic certification is available for projects using certified organic ingredients. Certificates are issued per batch and provided with shipping documents. For organic, we maintain traceability from raw material to finished product. Additional fees may apply for specialised certifications.
What documentation do you provide with each order?+
Each batch includes a certificate of analysis, MSDS, allergen statement, GMO statement and country-of-origin declaration. We also provide batch records and a retention sample for 12 months. For regulatory filings, we can supply technical dossiers and label reviews. Documentation is typically ready 3-5 working days after production completes.
What is the shelf life of white label supplements you manufacture?+
Shelf life is set by the stability protocol for each formula, typically 24 months for capsules and tablets and 18 months for powders and softgels. We support the claim with accelerated and real-time data. The expiry date is printed on the bottle and carton at the time of packing, and retention samples are kept for 12 months past expiry. If you need a longer shelf life, we can review the formula and packaging barrier.
Can you match a formula from another manufacturer?+
Yes, if you provide the supplement facts panel and ingredient list, we can reverse-engineer the formula and confirm the actives by assay. We do not copy a competitor's proprietary blend without your confirmation that you have the right to use it. Matching typically takes 10-15 working days for a quote and sample. You approve the match by assay and organoleptic check before production.
Do you offer low-MOQ runs for Amazon FBA sellers?+
Yes. Pilot runs start at 500 units per SKU for capsules and tablets in stock bottles, with a higher unit cost than the 1,000-unit tier. We can apply your FNSKU labels and pack to Amazon's carton weight limits. Lead time for pilot runs is 15-20 working days after sample approval. We recommend air freight for FBA replenishment to avoid stock-outs during the first sales cycle.
