OEM Supplement Manufacturer for Your Brand
EUPHM is a GMP-certified OEM supplement manufacturer in Guangdong, China. We produce capsules, tablets, softgels and powders under your label, with MOQs from 1,000 units and 7–10 day sample turnaround.

Overview
Brand owners and procurement teams use an OEM supplement manufacturer to turn a formula into retail-ready stock without building a factory. EUPHM handles sourcing, blending, encapsulation, bottling, labelling and export documentation under one roof. The plant runs GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP systems, with halal and vegan options where the formula allows. Pilot runs start lower than full MOQ so you can test the market before scaling.

Production Capability and Line Capacity
The Guangdong facility runs separate lines for capsules, tablets, softgels, powders and gummies. Capsule filling handles sizes 0 to 000, with output up to 2 million capsules per day. Tablet compression reaches 800,000 tablets per day across two rotary presses. Softgel encapsulation runs 1.2 million softgels per day. Powder blending supports 500 kg to 2,000 kg batches, with sachet and jar filling from 5 g to 1,000 g.
Every line is changeover-controlled and cleaned between products. In-process checks cover fill weight, hardness, disintegration and moisture at set intervals. You receive batch records, CoAs and retention samples. Capacity is booked in 4-week windows, so confirm your slot before artwork approval. For multi-SKU orders, we sequence runs to share cleaning downtime and reduce your unit cost.
Formulation, Ingredients and Customisation
Bring your own formula or work with our formulation team to adjust actives, excipients and dosage form. We source vitamins, minerals, botanicals, amino acids, probiotics and omega-3 oils from audited suppliers. Each raw material arrives with a CoA and is tested for identity, potency and heavy metals before release to production. Common actives include vitamin D3, magnesium glycinate, ashwagandha, curcumin, collagen peptides and melatonin.
Flavours, sweeteners, colours and capsule shells are matched to your market. Vegan HPMC capsules, halal-certified gelatin shells are available. For organic claims, we use or EU-organic certified ingredients and keep them segregated. Stability testing runs at 25°C/60% RH and 40°C/75% RH for 3–6 months to support a 24-month shelf life. Label text is reviewed against US, EU, UK and GCC rules before print.
Quality Systems, Compliance and Export Logistics
The plant operates under GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP. Environmental monitoring, pest control and allergen segregation are documented. Each batch is tested for micro, heavy metals, potency and uniformity. Certificates of analysis and free-sale certificates are issued with every shipment. halal and vegan certificates are available on request. The facility is FDA-registered for US-bound dietary supplements.
Export packing supports FOB Shenzhen or Yantian, CIF and DDP terms. We prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and health certificates. Cartons are labelled to your artwork with lot numbers, expiry dates and barcodes. Air freight moves 3–7 days; sea freight 18–35 days depending on destination. MOQ and lead times hold for repeat orders, so reorders can be scheduled 6–8 weeks ahead.
Quality Control and Batch Documentation at Our OEM Supplement Manufacturer
Every batch at our OEM supplement manufacturer site is tested against a written specification before release. Incoming raw materials are sampled at 100% of containers for identity by FTIR or HPLC, and a minimum of 10% of containers are assayed for potency. Finished products are tested for identity, potency, microbial limits (total aerobic count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella), heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury) and disintegration time. Capsules must disintegrate within 30 minutes and tablets within 15 minutes unless a sustained-release claim requires otherwise.
Testing happens at three points: on receipt of raw materials, during blending for homogeneity on a 3-point sample, and on the finished bulk before packaging. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued per batch and lists the test parameter, specification range, result and method reference. The COA also states the batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date and storage conditions. We retain samples from every batch for 24 months past the expiry date in a temperature-controlled archive, so a traceable reference exists if a market regulator requests it.
Stability follows a standard protocol of 0, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months at 25°C/60% RH, with accelerated conditions at 40°C/75% RH for 6 months. We test appearance, potency, microbials and disintegration at each interval. For products with probiotics or sensitive oils, we add water activity and peroxide value checks. Stability data is shared with the brand owner and can be used to support shelf-life claims in the destination market, though final claim responsibility sits with the brand owner's regulatory team.
Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness
Our OEM supplement manufacturer lines handle high-density polyethylene bottles from 60cc to 500cc, blister packs in PVC/PVDC or alu-alu, stick packs from 5g to 30g, and sachets from 2g to 10g. Bottles can be fitted with induction seals, desiccant canisters or cotton. Blister tooling is custom-made per SKU and typically takes 10 to 15 working days to fabricate. Stick and sachet lines run at up to 400 packs per minute depending on fill weight and powder flow.
Labels are printed to your artwork and must include the FDA dietary-supplement label elements: statement of identity, net quantity of contents, supplement facts panel with serving size and percent daily value, ingredient list in descending order of predominance, and the name and place of business of the manufacturer or distributor. We also apply lot number and expiry date by inkjet or laser coding on the bottle, carton and shipper. Expiry is set from stability data and typically runs 18 to 24 months from manufacture.
Cartons are specified with dimensions, board grade and print colours, and pallets are built to a standard 1,200mm x 1,000mm footprint with a maximum height of 1,800mm including the pallet. We can apply Amazon FNSKU labels, poly-bag units and print retail-ready cartons with barcodes and country-of-origin marks. For EU or UK retail, we check that the label includes the food business operator address and allergen declarations where applicable. Final label approval rests with the brand owner before printing.
MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery from Our OEM Supplement Manufacturer
Sampling starts with a 7 to 10 working day turnaround from receipt of your formula and target dosage form. Samples are supplied with a draft COA and a label proof. Once you approve the sample and place a purchase order, mass production runs 20 to 35 working days depending on dosage form and packaging complexity. Gummies and softgels sit at the longer end because of curing and drying steps. Pilot runs below standard MOQ are quoted separately and usually add 5 to 7 working days.
We ship under EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong, and DDP for select destinations. Air freight takes 5 to 10 days door to door and suits pilot runs or urgent replenishment; sea freight takes 25 to 40 days depending on port and is cost-effective above 500kg. We provide a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, COA per batch, MSDS where the product contains oils or solvents, and a free-sale certificate for markets that require one. Phytosanitary certificates are arranged where a botanical ingredient triggers the requirement.
Payment terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% before shipment, or a letter of credit at sight for orders above USD 50,000. We book space 14 days before the production completion date to avoid rollovers. For DDP shipments, we handle import clearance and duty where the destination allows, and share the entry documents with you after delivery. All documents are issued in English, and we can add Arabic, Spanish or French labelling inserts on request.
