Built for the categories you actually sell.
A sports powder and a children's gummy are not the same project with a different label. Each category has its own dose logic, taste expectations, claim risks and packaging habits. These are the ones we make most often.
Eight categories, one quality system.

Sports & performance
Protein, creatine, pre-workout, electrolytes and recovery formats. Taste and mixability decide repeat purchase more than the certificate does.

Beauty & collagen
Marine and bovine collagen, biotin, glutathione and skin-aging blends in stick packs, gummies, capsules and liquids.

Sleep & calm
Melatonin, magnesium, L-theanine, glycine and botanical blends. Sugar-free gummies and low-water-activity formats travel better.

Immune support
Vitamin C, zinc, elderberry, echinacea and mushroom blends, with effervescent and sachet formats for seasonal retail.

Digestive health
Probiotics, digestive enzymes, fibre and prebiotic blends. Strain selection, water activity and packaging barrier are the critical variables.

Bone & joint
Glucosamine, chondroitin, collagen peptides, calcium and vitamin D combinations in tablets, capsules and powders.

Women's & men's health
Prenatal, menopause, hormonal balance, prostate and fertility formulas, with dose and claim review for each market.

Kids & family
Multivitamins, omega-3, probiotics and immunity formats with child-appropriate doses, flavours and safety closures.
Category experience is mostly risk reduction.
A formula that works in a capsule may fail as a gummy: the actives may not survive the cook, the texture may collapse in a warm warehouse, or the dose may require six pieces a day. Knowing that before the sample saves a launch.
The same applies to claims. A sports claim that is routine in the US may be restricted in the EU; a children's immune claim may need different substantiation in the UK. We flag the conflict early, while the artwork is still editable.
Category questions.
Can you make a vegan version of a gummy or softgel?
Yes. Pectin gummies and HPMC/plant-based softgels are available. We test texture and stability first, because vegan systems behave differently from gelatin.
Do you have reference formulas for each category?
Yes — reference formulas are starting points, not finished products. We adapt the dose, flavour, texture and claims to your market and cost target.
Which category has the shortest lead time?
Capsules and tablets are usually fastest because the format is standard. Gummies and softgels need more development and line time. Exact dates are quoted after the sample is approved.
