Who we are
EUPHM is a contract manufacturer of dietary supplements. For the purpose of data-protection law, EUPHM is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. Our contact point for privacy matters is liuchunchen369@gmail.com.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us and a small amount of technical information generated when you visit the site.
- Inquiry data: name, company, work email, country or market, product interest, dosage form and the project details you write in the form.
- Correspondence: emails, attachments and notes created when we reply to you or prepare a quotation.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp in server logs, used for security and spam prevention.
- Admin cookies: if you sign in to the content management area, a session cookie keeps you signed in. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
We use inquiry data to answer your request, assess feasibility, prepare a quotation and, if you become a customer, perform the contract. We use technical data to keep the site available and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiled advertising.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent (when you submit an inquiry), our legitimate interests (security, spam prevention and responding to business enquiries), and performance of a contract (when you place an order).
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who need it to run the site or serve your project, and only under instructions that protect it.
- Hosting and email providers that store the website, database and correspondence.
- Freight forwarders, customs brokers and laboratories, where needed to quote or ship an order.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law or to establish or defend a legal claim.
International transfers
We operate from China and may use service providers in other jurisdictions. Where data is transferred across borders, we use contractual safeguards and limit access to what is necessary for the project.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact if no order follows. If you become a customer, order, quality and shipment records are kept for at least seven years to meet manufacturing, customs and tax obligations. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete inquiry data sooner, subject to any legal retention obligation.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place.
To exercise any of these rights, email liuchunchen369@gmail.com with the subject 'Privacy request'. We may ask for information to verify your identity. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and restricted administrative access. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions about this policy can be sent to liuchunchen369@gmail.com.
