As a collagen liquid manufacturer, we handle formulation, blending, filling and packing under one roof. Our Guangdong plant runs GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP systems. We supply brand owners in the US, EU, UK and Middle East with shelf-stable liquids, including marine collagen, bovine collagen and vegan alternatives. Every batch is traceable from raw material intake to finished bottle.

Liquid filling and packaging capability

Our two filling lines handle 30 ml to 500 ml glass and PET bottles. We run hot-fill and aseptic filling depending on the collagen type and pH. Typical output is 60,000 bottles per day for 50 ml sizes. Changeover between SKUs takes 2-3 hours, which keeps small batches practical. We fill, cap, label and shrink-wrap in one pass.

For carbonated or nitrogen-flushed liquids we use a separate line to avoid cross-contact. Bottle formats include Boston round, square and custom moulds. Caps can be screw-top, flip-top or pump. We also offer sachets from 10 ml to 30 ml for single-serve collagen shots. Secondary packaging includes cartons, display boxes and shippers.

Collagen types and formulation support

We work with marine collagen peptides (1,000-3,000 Da), bovine hide and bone collagen, and eggshell membrane collagen. Typical dosage is 2.5 g to 10 g per 50 ml bottle. Our formulators adjust viscosity, pH and sweetness to mask the natural collagen taste. We can add vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, biotin or fruit concentrates without affecting stability.

For vegan brands we use fermented collagen alternatives or plant-based peptides. Sweetener options include stevia, monk fruit, erythritol and sucralose. Preservative systems are tailored to your market: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate for US and EU, or preservative-free hot-fill for refrigerated lines. We provide full nutritional panel support.

Quality control and compliance

Every batch of incoming collagen is tested for heavy metals, microbiological safety and peptide molecular weight. In-process checks cover fill volume, pH, Brix and seal integrity. Finished bottles are held for 14 days before release. We retain samples for 24 months. Our facility is FDA-registered and operates under GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP.

Documentation includes Certificate of Analysis, MSDS, allergen statements and origin certificates. For halal claims we source certified raw materials and maintain separate production runs. Organic liquid collagen can be produced under USDA organic or EU organic standards. We support label review for US, EU, UK and Middle East regulations.

Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness

Collagen liquid fills are available in glass or PET bottles, stick packs and sachets. Standard bottle sizes are 30 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml, with neck finishes 28/410, 38/400 or 43/400. Stick packs run from 10 ml to 30 ml and are filled on a horizontal form-fill-seal line at up to 400 packs per minute. Sachets are typically 15 ml to 25 ml. We can supply bottles in amber, clear or opaque white, with child-resistant caps or tamper-evident seals. Labels can be supplied by you or printed locally; we hold a library of stock bottle moulds to avoid tooling costs.

For the US market, we set up your label to include the statement of identity, net quantity in fluid ounces and millilitres, ingredient list in descending order, allergen declaration, and the FDA dietary supplement facts panel with serving size and collagen amount per serving. We also apply lot number and best-by date in a legible format (e.g. LOT 12345, EXP 05/2026) using inkjet or laser coding. For EU/UK, we follow FIC 1169/2011 with nutrition declaration, minimum durability date and storage conditions. We do not provide regulatory advice; final label approval remains with your legal team.

Cartons are standard export-grade corrugated with a 5-ply board for bottles, holding 12, 24 or 48 units depending on size. Each carton is labelled with product name, lot number, quantity, gross/net weight and dimensions. Pallets are 1,200 x 1,000 mm or 1,200 x 800 mm, stretch-wrapped and corner-protected, with 1,000 to 1,200 bottles per pallet for 50 ml. We can print and apply Amazon FNSKU labels, poly-bag units and pack into Amazon-ready cartons if you provide the FNSKU data. Retail compliance for supermarkets may require case dimensions and barcode verification; we can send a packaging specification sheet for your approval before production.

MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery

Sample development for a new collagen liquid formula takes 7 to 10 working days after we receive your target specification and any reference samples. This includes formulation, lab-scale batch, stability initiation and packaging mock-up. If you need a custom bottle or label print, add 5 to 7 working days for tooling or artwork approval. Sample costs are credited against the first mass production order. We recommend approving the sample in writing, including colour, taste and pH range, before we schedule production.

Mass production runs 20 to 35 working days after sample approval and receipt of deposit. This covers raw material procurement (7 to 10 days for marine collagen peptides), blending, filling, labelling, cartoning and pre-shipment inspection. Peak season (August to November) may add 5 working days. We provide a production schedule with weekly updates. For repeat orders with the same formula and packaging, lead time reduces to 15 to 25 working days.

Shipping options are air freight (5 to 8 days to US/EU, higher cost per kg) and sea freight (25 to 35 days to US West Coast, 30 to 40 days to EU). We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Yantian or DDP to your door. DDP includes customs clearance and duties but requires your importer of record details. Documents provided with each shipment: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, Certificate of Analysis, MSDS (if required for liquid), free-sale certificate (on request) and phytosanitary certificate where applicable. We do not provide phytosanitary for collagen as it is not plant-based, but can supply health certificates for some markets.

Questions buyers ask.

What is the MOQ for collagen liquid bottles?+

MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling. For pilot runs we can go down to 1,000 units, though unit cost is higher. Sachets start at 5,000 units. MOQ depends on bottle size and whether we already stock your collagen type.

How long does sample development take?+

Sample lead time is 7-10 working days after we receive your brief and confirm raw material availability. This includes formulation, filling and basic stability check. You receive 2-5 finished bottles for review. Courier time is additional, typically 3-5 days.

Can you produce organic or halal collagen liquid?+

Yes. We source certified organic collagen and maintain halal production runs. Organic liquid collagen can be certified under USDA organic or EU organic standards. We provide certificates for each batch. Separate production lines avoid cross-contact with non-certified materials.

What is the shelf life of your liquid collagen?+

Shelf life is typically 18-24 months for hot-filled or preserved liquids in unopened bottles. We run accelerated stability tests at 40°C and 75% RH for 3 months to confirm. After opening, most formulations last 30 days if refrigerated. We recommend a best-before date based on real-time data.

Do you ship to the US, EU and Middle East?+

Yes. We ship worldwide by air, sea or courier. For the US we provide FDA-registered facility documentation. For the EU we supply health certificates and comply with EU food supplement rules. For the Middle East we arrange halal certificates and Arabic labelling. Shipping terms are FOB, CIF or DDP.

Can you provide a stability study for a 24-month shelf life claim?+

Yes. We run accelerated stability at 30°C/65% RH for 6 months and real-time studies at ambient for 12, 18 and 24 months. For a 24-month claim, we need a 12-month real-time data set before we commit. If you need the claim faster, we can provide a 12-month shelf life based on accelerated data, with a commitment to extend after real-time results. Stability protocols are included in the COA pack.

What label artwork files do you need and who approves the final label?+

We need a print-ready PDF or AI file at 300 dpi with bleed and dieline. You are responsible for regulatory compliance of the label content; we check for print feasibility, barcode scannability and lot code space. We provide a digital proof and, if requested, a physical proof on the actual bottle. Production starts only after you sign off the proof. We keep approved artwork on file for repeat orders for two years.

Do you offer DDP shipping and what are the terms?+

Yes, we offer DDP to most US and EU addresses. DDP means we handle export clearance, freight, import clearance and duties, delivering to your door. You provide the importer of record and a valid EORI or tax ID. DDP pricing includes a fixed duty rate; if customs reclassifies the product, additional charges may apply. For first shipments, we recommend FOB so you control the freight forwarder and insurance.
