Every CoQ10 capsule batch is tested at three stages: incoming raw material, in-process blend, and finished goods. Raw CoQ10 is assayed for identity and potency by HPLC, with a specification of 98.0 to 101.0 percent CoQ10. Microbial testing covers total aerobic count, yeast and mould, E. coli, and Salmonella. Stability testing follows ICH Q1A conditions: 25 degrees Celsius at 60 percent relative humidity for 24 months, with accelerated conditions at 40 degrees Celsius and 75 percent relative humidity for six months.

The certificate of analysis (COA) issued with each batch lists batch number, manufacture date, expiry date, fill weight, assay result, microbial results, heavy metals, disintegration time, and a statement of conformity to the agreed specification. We also provide a specification sheet and a material safety data sheet (MSDS) on request. If your market requires a free-sale certificate, we can arrange it through the local authority; lead time is typically 10 to 15 working days.

We fill CoQ10 capsules into HDPE bottles (30, 60, 90, 120, or 180 counts), blister packs (10 or 12 capsules per blister, up to 10 blisters per carton), stick packs (single capsule per stick), or sachets. Bottles can include induction seals, desiccant sachets, and child-resistant closures. We label according to your artwork or provide a template that includes the FDA dietary-supplement label elements: supplement facts panel, serving size, amount per serving, percent daily value, other ingredients, and allergen statements.

For Amazon FNSKU and retail compliance, we can print and apply FNSKU labels, poly-bag with suffocation warning, and pack in Amazon-ready cartons with correct weight and dimension data.

The MOQ for CoQ10 capsules is 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling. Pilot runs of 500 to 1,000 units are possible with a surcharge. Phytosanitary certificates are not applicable for CoQ10 capsules as they contain no plant material, but we can provide a certificate of origin.
