Hair Skin & Nails Gummy Manufacturer for Your Brand
EUPHM produces hair, skin and nails gummies at our GMP-certified facility in Guangdong, China. We handle formulation, pectin or gelatin bases, bottling and labelling for brands in the US, EU, UK and Middle East.
Overview
As a contract manufacturer focused on nutraceutical gummies, we run dedicated lines for beauty-from-within SKUs. Standard MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling, with lower thresholds for pilot runs. Sample lead time is 7–10 working days; mass production runs 20–35 working days after formula and artwork approval. Certifications include GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, plus halal and vegan where the formula requires them.

Gummy Manufacturing Capability
Our Guangdong plant runs starch-mould and deposit lines for nutraceutical gummies. Typical batch sizes start at 500 kg, scaling to multi-tonne runs. We produce 2.5 g to 5 g pieces in custom shapes, including hearts, stars and round discs. Bottling supports 30, 60, 90 and 120 count, with child-resistant or standard caps. Annual capacity exceeds 200 million gummies across all lines.
Every project gets a dedicated project manager. You receive batch records, COAs and retention samples. We can hold inventory for staged releases, which helps brands manage cash flow and shelf-life. For pilot runs, we offer 1,000-unit batches to test market response before committing to full production.
Formulation for Hair, Skin & Nails
The category typically combines 2,500–5,000 mcg biotin, 100–200 mg vitamin C, 10–20 mg zinc, and 5–10 mg silicon from bamboo extract. Hydrolysed collagen may be added at 250–500 mg per gummy, though collagen loading affects texture. We use pectin for vegan claims or gelatin for a springier chew. Natural flavours mask the mineral notes from zinc and iron.
Stability is the main challenge. Biotin and vitamin C degrade with heat and moisture. We adjust the base formula, use opaque bottles and include desiccant where needed. For organic or claims, we source certified actives and maintain full traceability. Colour comes from fruit and vegetable concentrates, not synthetic dyes, for clean-label positioning.
Quality, Compliance & Logistics
The facility is GMP-certified, ISO 22000 and HACCP compliant. We hold halal certifications for relevant lines, plus organic and handling certificates. Each batch is tested for potency, microbials, heavy metals and disintegration. Documentation supports US, EU and Middle East import requirements, including certificates of origin and health certificates.
Shipping is typically by sea or air from Shenzhen or Hong Kong. We provide FOB, CIF or DDP terms. For Middle East orders, halal certification is issued per batch. For EU orders, we supply documentation for novel food and health claim review. Lead times are quoted from approval, not from PO date, so artwork and formula sign-off directly affect your launch window.
Quality Control and Batch Documentation
Every production batch of hair, skin and nails gummies is tested against a written specification before release. Incoming raw materials are sampled for identity and potency: vitamins such as biotin, vitamin C and vitamin E are verified by HPLC, and collagen or silica sources are checked against supplier certificates. During production, in-process checks cover weight variation, colour, texture and pH. Finished gummies are tested for microbials (total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella), heavy metals (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury) and disintegration time, typically within 30 to 45 minutes for pectin and gelatin bases.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued for each batch. It lists the product name, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, tests performed, specification limits and actual results, plus a statement of conformity. Heavy metal results are reported in ppm against EU and US limits. Microbial results are reported as cfu/g. If you need additional tests such as gluten-free verification or allergen screening, these can be added to the protocol at sampling stage.
Retention samples of each batch are kept for the full shelf life plus six months, stored under controlled temperature and humidity. A stability protocol is available: accelerated conditions at 40°C and 75% relative humidity for three to six months, with checks at 0, 1, 2, 3 and 6 months for potency, colour, texture and microbial status. Real-time studies at 25°C and 60% relative humidity can run alongside. Stability data is shared with your technical team before commercial production.
Batch documentation is compiled into a batch record that includes raw material certificates, in-process records, finished product test results, packaging and labelling checks, and a release signature. This pack is provided with each shipment or made available via a secure link. For private-label clients, the COA can be issued in your brand name with your product code, provided the specification matches the approved formula.
Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness
Hair, skin and nails gummies are typically packed in HDPE or PET bottles with induction seals and child-resistant or standard caps, in sizes from 60 cc to 500 cc. Blister packs, stick packs and single-serve sachets are also available. Bottle filling lines handle 30, 60, 90 and 120 count, with desiccant or oxygen absorbers where the formula requires. Labels can be supplied by you or printed locally; we check artwork against the approved dieline before printing to avoid reprints.
For the US market, labels must include the Supplement Facts panel, serving size, amount per serving, percent daily value where applicable, ingredient list in descending order, allergen statement, and the standard domestic address line. We review your artwork for these elements and flag missing items before production. Lot number and expiry date are inkjet-printed on the bottle and outer carton, with formats such as YYYYMMDD or best-before date. We can also apply Amazon FNSKU labels and poly-bag each unit if required.
Cartons are specified to withstand export handling: typically 5-ply corrugated with a minimum burst strength of 1,200 kPa. Pallet configuration is agreed per SKU, for example 48 cartons per pallet, shrink-wrapped and corner-protected. We provide carton dimensions, gross and net weight, and pallet height so you can calculate container loads. For retail compliance, we can supply packaging component declarations and a statement that materials meet relevant food-contact regulations.
Retail-ready services include kitting, such as bundling two bottles with a sleeve, and application of tamper-evident seals. If you sell on Amazon or other marketplaces, we can discuss FNSKU labelling, expiration date formatting and carton marking to meet their inbound requirements. We do not manage marketplace accounts, but we prepare shipments to the specifications you provide.
MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery
Sampling starts with a brief and a target formula. We provide a sample timeline of 7 to 10 working days for standard bases and flavours, or 10 to 15 working days if a new shape or active blend is required. Samples are sent by courier at your cost, with a proforma invoice for sample charges where applicable. Once you approve the sample and artwork, a deposit confirms the production slot.
Mass production runs 20 to 35 working days after approval, depending on batch size and packaging complexity. A 1,000 unit order typically fits the shorter end; larger orders or multi-SKU runs may extend to 35 working days. We provide a production schedule at order confirmation and weekly updates. Quality release happens before packing, so any rework is caught before cartons are sealed.
Shipping options include air freight for small orders and sea freight for larger volumes. Air freight from Guangdong to Europe or the US typically takes 5 to 10 days door-to-door, while sea freight takes 25 to 40 days depending on port and routing. Incoterms offered are EXW, FOB and DDP; DDP is available for selected destinations with all duties and taxes included in the quote. We can also ship on your forwarder account.
Documents provided with each shipment include the commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) where relevant, and a free-sale certificate for the product. For plant-based ingredients, a phytosanitary certificate can be arranged if your import authority requires it. Certificates of origin can be issued for preferential tariff treatment where applicable. We confirm the document set at order stage so nothing is missing at customs.
