Powder Blending and Packaging Capability

Our powder lines handle 50 kg to 2,000 kg batch sizes. We blend vitamins, minerals, amino acids and herbal extracts in ribbon and V-blenders. Uniformity is verified by sampling at 6 points per batch. Stick packs run at 40-60 cycles per minute; sachets at 30-50 per minute. Bulk drums ship in 10 kg, 20 kg or 25 kg food-grade liners.

Packaging options include stick packs (2 g to 10 g), single-serve sachets (5 g to 30 g), and retail jars (100 g to 500 g). We run nitrogen flushing for oxidation-sensitive formulas. Child-resistant closures, scoop inclusion and desiccant sachets are available. Line changeover takes 2-4 hours, so multi-SKU orders can share a production window.

Formulation and Ingredient Sourcing

We formulate with vitamin C, B-complex, D3, E, K2, zinc, magnesium, iron and calcium. Dosage ranges follow EU NRV, US RDI or GCC standards. Flavour systems cover natural fruit, berry, citrus and unflavoured. Sweetener options include stevia, monk fruit, sucralose and sucrose. We can mask metallic notes from iron and zinc with a two-stage coating.

Ingredient sourcing uses qualified suppliers in Europe, the US and Asia. Each lot arrives with a certificate of analysis. We test for potency, heavy metals, microbial load and pesticide residues. Organic and non-GMO project ingredients are available on request. For halal claims, we hold separate storage and production slots to prevent cross-contact.

Quality Control and Export Documentation

Every batch undergoes in-process checks for blend uniformity, fill weight and seal integrity. Finished goods are tested for assay, disintegration (where applicable) and microbiological limits. We retain samples for 24 months. The facility is FDA-registered and operates under GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP. halal and vegan certificates are available per SKU.

Export documentation includes certificate of analysis, certificate of free sale, health certificate, halal certificate, and MSDS where required. We ship FOB Shenzhen or Yantian, with air freight for samples. Standard carton configuration is 24-48 units per shipper. Lead time for documents is 3-5 working days after batch release.

Quality Control and Batch Documentation

Every batch of multivitamin powder is tested at three points: incoming raw materials, in-process blend, and finished goods. Incoming vitamins and minerals are checked for identity by FTIR and assay by HPLC or ICP-MS. The blended powder is sampled at 10 points across the mixer and tested for potency uniformity, moisture, and microbials. Finished goods are tested for total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella, and heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury). Disintegration testing applies only to tablet or capsule formats; for powders, we test dissolution or dispersion in water at 25°C and 37°C.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued per batch and includes: product name, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, specification limits, test methods, results, and a pass/fail statement. Heavy metals are reported in mg/kg against EU or US limits as requested. Potency is reported as a percentage of label claim, typically 95-105% for water-soluble vitamins and 90-110% for fat-soluble vitamins. COAs are available in English and can be pre-shipped for your regulatory review.

Retention samples are kept for the shelf life plus six months, stored at 25°C/60% RH and 30°C/65% RH. Stability protocols follow ICH Q1A(R2) guidelines with accelerated testing at 40°C/75% RH for six months and real-time testing for 24 months. We can provide stability data summaries for your market's dossier. Batch records include blending logs, line clearance, metal detection checks, and packaging reconciliation, all retained for five years.

Microbial testing is performed by an external ISO 17025-accredited laboratory for each batch. Water activity is measured on every blend to confirm below 0.6, which supports a 24-month shelf life in sealed packaging. If your formula includes probiotics or enzymes, we adjust testing to include specific activity assays and ensure no interference from vitamins. All test results are traceable to the batch number and retained in our quality management system.

Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness

We offer bottles (HDPE or PET) from 50 mL to 1 L, with induction seals and child-resistant caps where required. Stick packs and sachets are available in 2 g to 30 g fill weights, with 3-side or 4-side seal formats. Blister packs are not typical for powders but can be quoted for effervescent formats. For Amazon and retail, we apply FNSKU labels, polybag and suffocation warnings where applicable, and carton labelling with lot, expiry, and country of origin. Bottle labelling includes supplement facts, ingredient list, allergen statement, and directions for use.

For the US market, we format labels to FDA 21 CFR 101.36 dietary supplement requirements: supplement facts panel, serving size, percent daily value, and a proprietary blend statement if applicable. We do not provide legal advice; final label review is your responsibility. For the EU, labels comply with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 and Directive 2002/46/EC. We can add batch and expiry coding by inkjet or laser, with formats such as LOT YYYYMMDD and EXP YYYYMM.

Cartons are standard export grade with a 5-ply corrugated board. Pallet specifications: 1200 x 800 mm or 1200 x 1000 mm, stretch-wrapped and strapped. We provide a packing list with carton dimensions, net and gross weights, and pallet count. For Amazon FBA, we can print and apply FNSKU labels and create a shipment plan if you provide the FBA ID. Retail-ready packaging such as display cartons or shrink-wrap trays can be quoted separately.

We recommend sending your final artwork as a PDF with 3 mm bleed and CMYK colour profile. Pre-press checks include barcode verification (UPC-A or EAN-13), font legibility, and allergen highlighting. Typical packaging lead time is 10-15 working days after artwork approval. If you use our stock bottles and caps, no tooling cost applies; custom moulds require a one-time tooling fee and 25-30 days for samples.

MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery

Sampling begins with a formulation brief and target specifications. We provide a quotation within 2 working days and a sample in 7-10 working days after receiving the brief and any reference samples. Sample costs are credited against the first production order. Pilot runs start from 500 units, subject to formula review. Retail bottling MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU. Mass production runs 20-35 working days after formula and artwork approval, depending on packaging complexity and raw material lead times.

We ship via air freight for urgent orders (5-10 days door-to-door) and sea freight for larger volumes (25-40 days port-to-port). Incoterms offered: EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong, and DDP for select destinations. DDP includes customs clearance and duties but requires a valid importer of record. We provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, COA, MSDS, and a free-sale certificate. For plant-based ingredients, a phytosanitary certificate can be arranged where required by the destination country.

For US orders, we can ship to Amazon FBA warehouses with FNSKU labels and appointment scheduling. For EU orders, we provide an EU importer address if needed, but the importer of record must be established in the EU. We do not handle product registration; that remains with your regulatory team. Typical documents are issued within 3 working days of shipment. We recommend booking sea freight 4 weeks in advance during peak season (August-October).

Payment terms are 30% deposit with balance against copy of bill of lading, or LC at sight for orders above USD 50,000. We accept T/T and USD/EUR. All orders include a pre-shipment inspection report with photos of finished goods, cartons, and pallets. If you require third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas), we can accommodate with 5 working days' notice. Lead times are quoted in working days and exclude Chinese public holidays.
