EUPHM is a GMP-certified organic powder manufacturer in Guangdong, China. We blend, fill and pack organic supplement powders for brands in the US, EU, UK and Middle East. MOQ from 1,000 units per SKU.

Overview

Sourcing organic powder supplements means finding a manufacturer that holds the right certifications and can scale with your brand. EUPHM runs a dedicated powder line with 12,000 sqm of production space, handling organic ingredients from intake to finished bottle. We work with brand owners and procurement teams who need consistent fill weights, transparent lead times and documentation that clears customs in the US, EU and Middle East. Pilot runs are available for new formulations.

Powder Manufacturing Capability

Our powder line handles blending, filling and packaging under one roof. We run ribbon and V-blenders for batches from 200 kg to 2,000 kg, with in-process checks on homogeneity every 15 minutes. Filling equipment covers jars, pouches, stick packs and tubs, with fill weights from 30 g to 1,000 g. Accuracy stays within +/- 2% for most formats. The line runs two shifts and can produce up to 2.5 million units per month. For brands scaling from pilot to retail, we keep the same equipment and operators to avoid reformulation surprises.

Changeover between organic and non-organic runs follows a documented cleaning protocol. We flush the line with organic-certified carrier material and retain swab records. That matters if your label carries the seal or EU organic logo. Batch sizes are flexible: a 500-unit pilot run uses the same blender as a 50,000-unit order, so scaling up does not change the powder behaviour. Lead times stay predictable because we schedule organic runs in dedicated blocks each week.

Organic Ingredient Sourcing and Formulation

We source organic ingredients from certified suppliers in China, India, Peru and the US. Every incoming lot is checked for pesticide residues, heavy metals and microbial counts before release. Our formulation team works with you on taste, flowability and reconstitution. Common bases include organic acacia fibre, organic rice protein, organic coconut milk powder and organic fruit blends. We can adjust particle size and density so the powder dissolves cleanly in water or milk. Sweetener systems range from organic monk fruit to organic cane sugar.

For organic certification, your finished product must contain at least 95% organic ingredients by weight, excluding salt and water. We help you map the formula against USDA NOP and EU 2018/848 rules. If an ingredient is not available organic, we flag it before you commit to a label claim. Flavour masking is available for bitter botanicals. We also run accelerated stability tests at 40°C and 75% RH for 3 months to confirm shelf life. Typical shelf life for organic powders is 18 to 24 months in sealed packaging.

Quality, Compliance and Export Logistics

EUPHM operates a GMP-certified facility with ISO 22000 and HACCP systems. We are FDA-registered for export to the US. Each batch ships with a certificate of analysis covering identity, purity, heavy metals, microbial limits and organic status. We retain samples for 24 months. For halal markets, we maintain separate documentation and can arrange certification for your finished product. Organic certificates are issued per batch under USDA or EU scope. Third-party lab testing is available on request.

We ship from Shenzhen and Hong Kong ports. Standard export cartons are 5-ply with food-grade liners. We handle FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Air freight samples go out within 3 working days of release. For full container loads, we coordinate with your freight forwarder or ours. Documents include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, COA, organic certificate and health certificate. Lead times for export clearance average 3-5 working days. We can also arrange Amazon FBA prep and labelling if you sell on marketplaces.

Quality Control and Batch Documentation

Every organic powder batch enters a documented QC programme at raw material intake. We test identity by FTIR or HPLC against a retained reference standard, assay potency where a marker compound is specified, and screen for microbials (total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella), heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury) and pesticide residues aligned with EU MRLs. For organic claims, we verify supplier certificates and keep organic ingredient traceability records from farm or processor through to the finished lot.

In-process checks run at blending, filling and sealing. We record blend uniformity, fill weight against the target with a tolerance of ±2%, and seal integrity for pouches and stick packs. Each finished lot receives a certificate of analysis (COA) listing test parameters, specification limits, results and the analytical method used. The COA also carries the lot number, production date, expiry date and a statement of conformity. We retain samples from every batch for 24 months in a temperature-controlled archive.

Stability follows an ICH-style protocol: accelerated conditions at 40°C/75% RH for six months and real-time conditions at 25°C/60% RH for up to 36 months, depending on the matrix. We monitor moisture, appearance, microbial load and potency at defined intervals. If a customer needs a specific shelf life claim, we design the stability programme around the target market and packaging format, and provide the supporting data package for your regulatory file.

Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness

Organic powder manufacturing at EUPHM covers retail bottles (HDPE or PET, 30 g to 1,000 g), stand-up pouches with resealable zippers, stick packs from 3 g to 30 g, and single-serve sachets. We can fill into your supplied components or source stock formats that meet US and EU food-contact requirements. Desiccant sachets or canisters are available for hygroscopic powders, and we offer nitrogen flushing for oxygen-sensitive formulations.

For the US market, we build FDA dietary-supplement labels with the required statement of identity, net quantity, supplement facts panel, ingredient list, allergen declaration and the manufacturer or distributor block. We also handle lot and expiry coding by inkjet or laser on the primary pack, plus carton coding for traceability. Artwork proofing follows a two-stage approval: pre-press PDF check and a physical proof before mass production. We do not print claims that lack substantiation.

Cartons are specified to your retail or e-commerce channel. Standard export cartons use double-wall corrugated board with a maximum gross weight of 20 kg, and pallets are 1,200 x 800 mm or 1,200 x 1,000 mm depending on destination. For Amazon sellers, we apply FNSKU labels, poly-bag units where required, and carton labels with box dimensions and weight. We can also prepare retail-ready display cartons and shelf-ready trays if your buyer requires them.

MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery

Sampling starts with a formulation brief and target specifications. Custom formulation samples take 7-10 working days, and we ship them by courier with a preliminary COA. Once you approve the sample and pay the deposit, mass production runs 20-35 working days depending on packaging complexity and whether organic ingredient lots need to be ordered in. Pilot runs from 500 units are available for market testing before you commit to a full 1,000 unit MOQ per SKU.

Delivery terms are EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong, and DDP for select destinations. Air freight suits pilot runs and urgent replenishments at roughly 5-8 days door to door, while sea freight takes 25-40 days depending on the port and is more economical above 100 kg. We provide a COA, MSDS, free-sale certificate and, where relevant, phytosanitary certificate and organic transaction certificate. Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading are issued against the agreed Incoterm.

We plan production slots against your forecast and hold safety stock of common organic powders where volume justifies it. For repeat orders, we keep your approved artwork, formulation and packaging specifications on file so that reorders skip the sampling stage. Lead times are confirmed in writing at order acknowledgement, and we notify you of any deviation before shipment. Shipping documents are shared by email and, if you use a freight forwarder, we coordinate directly with them.
