Creatine Powder Manufacturer for Bulk and Private Label
EUPHM produces creatine monohydrate, micronized, and HCl powders in a GMP-certified facility in Guangdong, China. MOQ from 1,000 units per SKU. Sample lead time 7-10 working days, mass production 20-35 working days.
Overview
Sourcing creatine powder requires a manufacturer that controls particle size, moisture, and heavy metals batch to batch. EUPHM runs dedicated powder lines for creatine monohydrate, micronized creatine, and creatine HCl. We hold GMP, ISO 22000, and HACCP certifications, with halal, and vegan options available. Fill weights range from 5 g single-serve sachets to 1 kg bulk tubs. Our facility is FDA-registered for dietary supplements.

Creatine Powder Production Capability
Our Guangdong plant operates two dedicated powder lines for creatine. Line A handles micronized creatine monohydrate with a target particle size of 200-300 mesh, reducing clumping and improving mixability. Line B runs creatine HCl and blended creatine formulas. We use ribbon blenders with 1,000 L capacity and inline metal detection. Filling runs on auger and volumetric fillers for tubs, and vertical form-fill-seal for sachets. Changeover between SKUs takes 4-6 hours, including full cleaning and allergen swab testing.
For bulk orders, we supply 25 kg fibre drums or foil-lined bags with desiccant. Retail tubs are induction-sealed and shrink-wrapped. We can label and barcode to your artwork, or ship unlabelled for local packing. Monthly capacity reaches 120,000 tubs or 2 million sachets, depending on fill weight. Lead time for repeat orders is 20-25 working days once materials are in stock. New SKUs add 5-10 days for artwork and packaging approval.
Creatine Forms and Formulation Support
We source creatine monohydrate from established suppliers with Certificates of Analysis for each lot. Standard grade meets USP or Ph. Eur. specifications. Micronized grade is available in 200 mesh and 300 mesh. Creapure is available on request for brands that require the German-made raw material. Creatine HCl is offered as a standalone or blended with monohydrate. We also produce creatine blends with beta-alanine, taurine, or electrolytes. Flavour systems include unflavoured, fruit punch, citrus, and berry, using natural or artificial flavours.
Formulation support covers taste masking, flowability, and stability. Creatine can degrade in the presence of moisture, so we use low-humidity blending rooms (below 30% RH) and package with oxygen absorbers where needed. For vegan claims, we verify that no animal-derived processing aids are used. For halal certification, we provide documentation for the raw material and the finished product. Pilot batches of 1,000 units let you test the market before scaling to 5,000 or more.
Quality Control and Compliance
Every incoming lot of creatine is tested for assay, moisture, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), and microbial limits. We use HPLC for assay and ICP-MS for heavy metals. Finished products are tested for fill weight, uniformity, and dissolution. Our in-house lab runs 30-40 tests per batch. Third-party testing is available through Eurofins or SGS at cost. We retain samples for 24 months. Batch records and CoAs are provided with each shipment.
Our facility holds GMP, ISO 22000, and HACCP certifications. We are FDA-registered for dietary supplements. For EU clients, we comply with EC 178/2002 and can provide documentation for novel food status if needed. For Middle East clients, halal certification is available from a recognised body. We also support organic certification if the raw material is certified organic. Audits are welcome by appointment; we host 10-15 client audits per year.
Creatine Powder Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness
Creatine powder is filled into HDPE bottles with induction seals, PET jars, stick packs, sachets and 1 kg to 25 kg bulk bags. Bottle sizes run from 150 g to 1 kg, with 300 g and 500 g the most common retail formats. Stick packs are filled at 5 g to 10 g per stick, and sachets at 5 g for single-serve use. Filling is carried out on servo-driven auger lines with checkweighers that reject any unit outside a ±2% fill tolerance. Bottles are induction-sealed, then capped and labelled in-line.
For the US market, labels carry the FDA dietary-supplement panel: supplement facts, serving size, amount per serving, percent daily value where applicable, other ingredients, and the mandatory disclaimer that the statement has not been evaluated by the FDA. Lot number and expiry date are inkjet-coded on the bottle shoulder, the carton and the outer case, in a format agreed with the customer. Expiry is set at 24 months from the date of manufacture for sealed powder, supported by the stability data held for that SKU.
Cartons are specified to meet retailer and e-commerce requirements. Standard retail cartons hold 12 or 24 bottles, with dimensions and gross weight printed on the case label. Pallet configurations are built to 1,200 mm by 1,000 mm or 1,200 mm by 800 mm footprints, with a maximum height of 1,800 mm including the pallet, and stretch-wrapped with corner boards. For Amazon sellers, we apply FNSKU labels, poly-bag units where required, and print the carton labels to the FBA specification, including box content labels and expiry in the required format.
Artwork is checked against the destination market before printing. For the EU, the label includes the food supplement wording, the recommended daily dose, a warning not to exceed it, and storage instructions. For the UK, the same core elements apply with a UK address for the responsible person. We do not print health claims that are not permitted in the destination market, and we ask customers to supply approved claim wording for their own regulatory review. Label proofs are signed off before any print run, and a retained sample of each printed label is kept with the batch record.
Creatine Powder MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery Terms
Sample lead time for creatine powder is 7 to 10 working days from receipt of the signed specification and artwork. Samples are supplied as unlabelled powder in 100 g to 250 g quantities, or in finished retail packaging if the customer requires a retail-ready sample. Sample cost is quoted per project and is credited against the first mass-production order above 1,000 units. Mass production runs 20 to 35 working days after sample approval and receipt of the deposit, depending on packaging format and whether labels are customer-supplied or printed by us.
The minimum order is 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling, with 1,000 units accepted for pilot runs. Bulk powder orders start at 25 kg per lot. Line capacity is up to 2 million sachets or 120,000 tubs per month, so orders above 50,000 units are scheduled across multiple weeks and confirmed with a production slot before the deposit is taken. We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong, and DDP for most destination markets. Air freight is used for samples and urgent orders under 200 kg, with a transit time of 5 to 8 days to major hubs.
Sea freight is used for full-container and less-than-container loads, with transit times of 18 to 25 days to US west coast ports, 25 to 32 days to US east coast ports, and 22 to 30 days to Northern European ports. We provide a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA, MSDS, and a free-sale certificate for markets that require one. Where a destination requires phytosanitary or halal slaughter documentation for ancillary ingredients, we arrange it through the relevant authority and include it in the shipping file.
For DDP shipments, we handle import clearance and duty in the destination country and deliver to the customer's warehouse or to an Amazon fulfilment centre. Customers should confirm the Incoterm before production, because it affects the shipping documents and the insurance arrangement. We recommend booking sea freight four to six weeks before the required delivery date to allow for port congestion and customs inspection. All shipments are insured to 110% of the invoice value unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

What is the MOQ for creatine powder?+
MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling. For pilot runs, we accept 1,000 units. Bulk 25 kg bags have a lower MOQ of 500 kg. MOQ depends on packaging type and flavour. Unflavoured creatine in stock tubs can ship faster.
Can you produce creatine HCl and monohydrate in the same facility?+
Yes. We run dedicated lines and clean between products. Changeover includes full cleaning and allergen swab testing. We do not run creatine and allergens like milk or soy on the same line without validated cleaning.
What certifications do you hold?+
We hold GMP, ISO 22000, and HACCP. Halal certification is available for creatine. Vegan certification is available if no animal-derived aids are used. Our facility is FDA-registered for dietary supplements. We can provide certificates for each order.
What is the lead time for samples and mass production?+
Sample lead time is 7-10 working days. Mass production is 20-35 working days after sample approval and deposit. Repeat orders with stock materials take 20-25 working days. Delays can occur if packaging artwork needs revision or raw materials are out of stock.
Do you provide third-party testing for creatine?+
Yes. We test in-house for assay, moisture, heavy metals, and microbials. For third-party testing, we work with Eurofins and SGS. You can request specific tests at cost. Turnaround is 5-7 working days for most tests. Results are included in the batch record.
What is the shelf life of your creatine powder and how is it supported?+
Sealed creatine powder carries a 24-month shelf life from the date of manufacture. This is supported by real-time and accelerated stability data at 40°C and 75% relative humidity for three months, with testing at 0, 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months for potency, moisture, microbials and appearance. Once a container is opened, we recommend use within 90 days and storage below 25°C in a dry place.
Can you print our own artwork and apply Amazon FNSKU labels?+
Yes. We print customer artwork after a signed proof, and we apply FNSKU labels, poly-bag units and FBA carton labels to the Amazon specification, including box content labels and expiry in the required format. Labels can be customer-supplied or printed in-house. For the US market, we check the supplement facts panel and the FDA disclaimer before printing, and we do not print health claims that are not permitted in the destination market.
Which shipping documents do you provide and which Incoterms do you support?+
We provide a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA, MSDS and a free-sale certificate where the destination requires one. We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong, and DDP for most markets. For DDP, we handle import clearance and duty and deliver to your warehouse or to an Amazon fulfilment centre. Incoterm should be confirmed before production because it affects documents and insurance.
