NMN Capsule Manufacturer for Supplement Brands

EUPHM operates automatic capsule filling lines with a combined capacity of 1.2 million capsules per day. Fill weights are held to ±3% for NMN dosages between 50 mg and 500 mg. We run size 0, 1, 2 and 3 shells in HPMC or gelatin. In-process checks every 30 minutes verify fill weight, capsule integrity and appearance. Metal detection and weight sorting run at the end of each batch.

For pilot runs, we can produce 500 to 2,000 units to support stability testing or trade samples before a full order. Retail bottling supports 30, 60, 90 and 120 count formats. Bottles are induction-sealed, labelled and packed to your artwork. Cartoning and shipper labelling are available. Line clearance and batch reconciliation follow written SOPs.

NMN is hygroscopic and degrades with heat, moisture and alkaline pH. We store raw material in sealed foil bags at 15–25°C and below 60% relative humidity. Blending happens in a dehumidified room. We avoid prolonged exposure to open air. Common excipients include microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. We can also produce pure NMN capsules with no excipients if the fill weight allows.

We can blend NMN with resveratrol, pterostilbene, TMG, nicotinamide riboside or collagen. Premix uniformity is verified by sampling at three points in the blender. Each batch has a certificate of analysis covering assay, moisture, heavy metals and microbial limits. We do not use irradiation. If your market requires organic NMN, we can source certified organic material subject to availability and lead time.

Our facility is GMP-certified and registered with the FDA as a food and dietary supplement manufacturer. We hold ISO 22000 and HACCP. Halal certifications are available for specific product lines. Every NMN batch is tested for identity, potency, moisture, heavy metals, and total plate count, yeast and mould. We retain samples for 24 months. Documentation includes COA, MSDS, flow chart and allergen statement.

We ship from Shenzhen and Hong Kong ports. Air freight to the US takes 5–8 days; sea freight to Rotterdam takes 28–35 days. We provide commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and health certificate. For EU customers, we can arrange third-party testing at Eurofins or SGS before shipment. MOQ for retail bottling is 1,000 units per SKU. Pilot runs start lower. Lead time for mass production is 20–35 working days after sample approval.

Every NMN capsule batch is tested at three stages: incoming raw material, in-process fill, and finished goods. Identity is confirmed by HPLC against a reference standard, with potency assayed to ensure the declared 50–500 mg fill is within ±5%. Microbial limits follow USP <61> and <62>, heavy metals are screened by ICP-MS to EU and US thresholds, and disintegration is checked to USP <701> for both HPMC and gelatin shells. Moisture content is monitored because NMN is hygroscopic.

A certificate of analysis (COA) is issued per batch and includes lot number, manufacture and expiry dates, appearance, identity, potency, microbial results, heavy metals, disintegration, and moisture. Retention samples from each lot are held for 24 months under controlled conditions. Stability follows an accelerated protocol at 40°C/75% RH for six months plus real-time data at 25°C/60% RH, with pull points at 0, 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months to support shelf-life claims.

Documentation is released only after QC sign-off. If a result falls outside specification, the batch is quarantined and an investigation report is issued before any rework or rejection decision. Brand owners receive the COA, a batch record summary, and deviation reports where applicable. This level of traceability is standard for our NMN capsule manufacturing and supports audits by downstream customers.

NMN capsules can be packed in HDPE bottles (30, 60, 90, 120 or 180 count), blister packs, stick packs, or single-serve sachets. Bottles are induction-sealed and can include desiccant sachets or silica gel canisters. Labelling supports FDA dietary-supplement requirements: statement of identity, net quantity, supplement facts panel, ingredient list, allergen declaration, and 'Keep out of reach of children' warning. We can print lot and expiry in inkjet or laser coding, with options for embossed or debossed bottle caps.

Cartons are specified to retail or e-commerce requirements: standard 5-ply corrugated with a maximum gross weight of 15 kg, or 3-ply for lighter orders. Pallet configuration is 1,200 x 1,000 mm or 1,200 x 800 mm, stretch-wrapped and corner-protected, with a maximum height of 1.8 m including pallet. We provide a packing list and pallet label matching your SKU and batch. For Amazon sellers, we apply FNSKU labels, poly-bag the bottles where required, and follow FBA carton weight and labelling rules.

Retail compliance checks cover barcode verification (UPC/EAN), nutrition panel rounding, and claim review against FDA and EU rules. We do not invent certifications or claims; any structure/function statement must be supplied or approved by your regulatory team. Artwork proofs are issued before printing, and a signed approval is required prior to production. For markets requiring halal or vegan marks, we schedule the relevant audits and apply the logo only after the certificate is issued.

Samples are produced in 7–10 working days after artwork and specification approval. The sample run covers the exact fill weight, shell type, and packaging format you intend to order. Mass production follows 20–35 working days after sample approval, depending on capsule size, bottling configuration, and whether custom printing is involved. MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling, with lower thresholds for pilot runs; we confirm the exact figure at quotation based on shell and packaging choices.

Shipping is arranged by air or sea. Air freight typically takes 5–10 days door-to-door for small batches, while sea freight takes 25–40 days depending on destination port. We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong, and DDP for selected markets. DDP includes customs clearance and duties but requires accurate HS codes and importer details. For sea shipments, we provide a packing list, commercial invoice, and bill of lading; for air, an air waybill. All shipments include a COA and MSDS.

Documents provided with each order include the COA, material safety data sheet (MSDS), free-sale certificate, and phytosanitary certificate where relevant for plant-derived shells. We also supply a certificate of origin on request. For NMN capsule manufacturing, lead times are confirmed in writing at PO stage, and any delay beyond the agreed window is communicated with a revised schedule. We do not guarantee delivery dates that depend on carrier schedules, but we track shipments and share milestones.
