Pocket Size Oral Spray Manufacturer for Private Label Brands
EUPHM produces pocket size oral sprays from 5ml to 30ml, with MOQ from 1,000 units per SKU. GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP certified lines in Guangdong, China. Sample lead time 7-10 working days and mass production in 20-35 working days.

Overview
Pocket size oral sprays suit brands that need a portable, precise dose format for vitamins, sleep support, energy, hydration or breath care. These units typically hold 5ml to 30ml and deliver 0.1ml to 0.2ml per actuation. As a contract manufacturer, EUPHM handles formulation, filling, labelling and packing under one roof. MOQ starts at 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling, with lower thresholds for pilot runs.

Filling and Assembly Capability
Pocket size oral sprays need precise pump and actuator matching. Our lines handle 5ml to 30ml PET, glass and recycled PET bottles with standard 18/415 or 20/410 neck finishes. Filling accuracy sits at plus or minus 1 percent by weight. We run up to 80,000 units per day across spray lines, which keeps 20-35 day mass production windows realistic for orders between 1,000 and 200,000 units. Each run includes inline checkweighing and leak testing.
Assembly covers pump priming, cap placement, shrink banding and carton packing. We can also apply lot codes, expiry dates and QR codes inline. For brands moving from a 10ml to a 15ml format, tooling changeover takes 2-4 hours. That makes multi-SKU orders practical without pushing MOQ above 1,000 units per SKU. Secondary packaging options include single cartons, blister packs and display trays.
Formulation for Pocket Spray Formats
Pocket sprays work best with low-viscosity, water-soluble actives. Common requests include vitamin B12, vitamin D3, melatonin, caffeine, electrolytes, zinc and herbal extracts such as elderberry or echinacea. We adjust pH to 4.0-6.5, add preservative systems suitable for multi-dose pumps, and test compatibility with the chosen actuator. Flavour masking uses natural or nature-identical systems. Typical fill weights range from 5ml to 30ml, with 0.1ml per spray as the standard dose.
For halal or vegan claims, we source certified raw materials and keep them segregated. Alcohol-free and sugar-free bases are available. We can also develop sugar-free sweetener systems using stevia, monk fruit or sucralose. Stability testing runs at 25C and 40C for 3-6 months, depending on the project. Pilot batches of 500–1,000 units let you validate taste and spray performance before committing to a full run.
Quality, Compliance and Shipping
The facility is GMP-certified and registered with the FDA. We also hold ISO 22000 and HACCP certification. Every batch is tested for microbial limits, pH, fill weight and spray rate. Certificates of analysis are issued per lot. For halal projects, we work with recognised certifying bodies and provide the relevant documentation. Organic and claims are supported by supply-chain records and segregated production.
Shipping from Guangdong covers air and sea freight. Air freight to the US or EU takes 5-10 days; sea freight takes 25-40 days. We prepare export documents including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and health certificate. Cartons are sized for retail and e-commerce channels. For repeat orders, we hold approved formulas and packaging specifications on file, which shortens the next production cycle to 20-25 working days.
Quality Control and Batch Documentation
Every pocket oral spray batch is tested at three stages: incoming raw materials, bulk solution before filling, and finished units after assembly. Identity and potency are confirmed by HPLC or UV spectrophotometry against a validated reference standard. Microbial limits follow USP <61> and <62> with total aerobic count under 1,000 cfu/g, yeast and mould under 100 cfu/g, and absence of E. coli, Salmonella and S. aureus. Heavy metals are screened by ICP-MS for lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury against ICH Q3D oral limits.
Disintegration testing applies only to solid dosage forms, so for oral sprays the equivalent release check is pump delivery uniformity: the first five actuations are discarded, then ten consecutive sprays are weighed to confirm the 0.1ml or 0.2ml dose falls within plus or minus 10 percent.pH is measured on the bulk solution and on filled units at release. Preservative efficacy testing follows USP <51> or EP 5.1.3 where a multi-dose system is used.
A certificate of analysis is issued per batch and lists batch number, fill volume, pump output, appearance, pH, assay result, microbial counts, heavy metal results and the specification range for each parameter. Retention samples of two full retail units per batch are held for the shelf life plus six months at 25 degrees Celsius and 60 percent relative humidity, with accelerated samples at 40 degrees Celsius and 75 percent relative humidity for six months. Stability protocols cover 0, 1, 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months.
Deviations are logged in a batch record that traces every raw material lot to the finished carton. If a result falls outside specification, the batch is quarantined and a documented investigation is opened before any release decision. Records are retained for five years, which meets EU and US dietary supplement record-keeping expectations for contract manufacturers.
Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness
Pocket oral sprays are filled into glass or PET bottles with a crimped or screw pump and an overcap. Standard bottle sizes are 5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml and 30ml, with pump outputs of 0.1ml or 0.2ml per actuation. Secondary packaging options include a printed carton, a blister card for hanging retail, or a stick pack outer sleeve. Cartons are printed on 300 to 350 gsm board with matt or gloss lamination, and each carton carries a lot code and expiry date in inkjet or laser coding.
For US retail, the label must include a statement of identity, net quantity in millilitres, a supplement facts panel with serving size and percent daily value, a list of ingredients in descending order of weight, allergen declarations, and the manufacturer or distributor name and address. The FDA does not pre-approve labels, so the brand owner is responsible for the final artwork. EUPHM provides a label checklist and a dieline template, and can print bilingual labels for markets such as Canada or the Gulf.
Lot and expiry coding follows the brand owner's format, typically a six-digit lot number and an expiry date in MM/YYYY. Cartons are packed 12, 24 or 48 units per shipper, with a maximum carton weight of 15 kg for manual handling. Pallets are 1,200 by 1,000 mm or 1,200 by 800 mm, stretch-wrapped and corner-boarded, with 60 to 80 shippers per pallet depending on carton size.
For Amazon FBA, EUPHM can apply FNSKU labels, poly-bag units with a suffocation warning, and a carton label with the box contents and quantity. Retail compliance for supermarkets may require a GS1 barcode on the carton and a printed batch code that matches the certificate of analysis. These steps are confirmed at the artwork approval stage so that no relabelling is needed after production.
MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery
Sampling starts with a formulation brief and a target fill volume. If a stock formula is used, a sample is prepared in 7 to 10 working days. If a new formula is required, allow 15 to 20 working days for development, stability initiation and a pilot batch of 500 to 1,000 units. Sample costs are credited against the first mass production order. Artwork approval runs in parallel and typically takes 3 to 5 working days for the first proof.
Mass production begins after sample approval, purchase order and a 30 percent deposit. The production window is 20 to 35 working days for 1,000 units per SKU, and 30 to 45 working days for orders above 20,000 units. Line capacity is up to 80,000 units per day across spray lines, so larger orders are scheduled across multiple days with a batch record per day. A pre-shipment inspection is carried out at 100 percent carton check and AQL 2.5 on units.
Shipping is by air or sea. Air freight from Guangdong to the US or EU takes 5 to 8 days door to door for 100 to 500 kg, while sea freight takes 25 to 35 days port to port. Incoterms offered are EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong, and DDP for selected destinations. DDP includes customs clearance and duty but requires the brand owner to confirm the import licence and label compliance before booking.
Documents provided with each shipment are the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis per batch, material safety data sheet where the formula requires it, and a free-sale certificate. A phytosanitary certificate is issued only where a plant-derived ingredient triggers the importing country's requirement. Certificates of origin can be issued on request. All documents are sent as PDFs within two working days of shipment.

Questions buyers ask.
What is the MOQ for pocket size oral sprays?+
MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling. For pilot runs or new formulations, we can produce 500–1,000 units so you can test the market before scaling. Lower MOQ applies to stock bottle and pump combinations already in our catalogue.
How long does sampling and production take?+
Sample lead time is 7-10 working days after formula and packaging approval. Mass production takes 20-35 working days, depending on fill volume, order quantity and packaging complexity. Repeat orders with approved specifications typically ship in 20-25 working days.
Which certifications do you hold for export?+
The facility is GMP-certified, ISO 22000 and HACCP certified, and FDA-registered. For halal or vegan claims, we work with recognised certifying bodies and provide the relevant certificates for your market.
Can you match my existing formula or bottle?+
Yes. We can reverse-engineer or match an existing oral spray formula and source compatible 5ml to 30ml bottles with 18/415 or 20/410 neck finishes. Actuator and pump options are tested for spray rate and leak performance before production.
What is the shelf life of a pocket oral spray?+
Shelf life is typically 18-24 months when stored below 25C and away from direct sunlight. We run accelerated stability testing at 40C for 3-6 months and real-time testing at 25C to support your label claim. Preservative systems are validated for multi-dose pumps.
Do you provide stability testing for a new pocket oral spray formula?+
Yes. A new formula enters a stability protocol covering 0, 1, 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months at 25 degrees Celsius and 60 percent relative humidity, with accelerated conditions at 40 degrees Celsius and 75 percent relative humidity for six months. Real-time data at 3 and 6 months is usually available before mass production, and the full report is issued at the end of the protocol. The brand owner receives the raw data and a summary table.
Can you print and apply labels, or do I need to supply finished labels?+
Both options are available. EUPHM can print labels in-house from approved artwork, or apply labels supplied by the brand owner. For supplied labels, we need a minimum of 5 percent overage to cover set-up waste. Label application is checked at AQL 2.5 for position, legibility and lot code accuracy. If the label carries a supplement facts panel, the artwork must be approved by the brand owner before printing, as the manufacturer does not provide regulatory sign-off.
What happens if my order is below the MOQ for pocket oral sprays?+
Pilot runs below 1,000 units are possible for stock formulas and standard bottles, with a minimum of 500 units. A pilot run carries a higher unit cost because line set-up and cleaning are the same as for a full batch. Pilot units are labelled with the same lot and expiry coding as mass production, so they can be used for consumer testing or trade samples. The pilot cost is credited against the first order above 5,000 units.
