Our encapsulation lines run at 120,000 capsules per hour across two shifts. That covers orders from 1,000 to 5 million units without changing tooling. We bottle in HDPE, PET, or glass, with induction seals and child-resistant caps. Label application, lot coding, and shrink wrapping are done in-house. Typical retail bottling runs 60, 90, or 120 capsules per bottle. Carton and pallet configuration follows your distributor or Amazon FBA requirements.

Standard turmeric capsules use 95% curcuminoid extract at 500mg, often with 5mg black pepper extract (95% piperine) to improve absorption. For higher bioavailability, we can use phytosome curcumin or nano-emulsified turmeric. Excipients include rice hull powder, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate, or you can request a clean-label formula with none.

We also produce whole-root turmeric at 10:1 or 20:1 concentration, organic certified under USDA and EU organic. Vegan capsules use HPMC or pullulan. If you need a specific ratio, we run small-batch trials and send you samples with a certificate of analysis. Flavour and colour are not typical for capsules, but we can match a reference product.

Every turmeric batch is tested for curcuminoid content by HPLC, heavy metals (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury), microbiology, and pesticide residues. We hold GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, and halal certification. organic certification are available on request. Our facility is FDA-registered for dietary supplements.

Documentation includes certificate of analysis, MSDS, and certificate of origin. We support US, EU, UK, and Middle East label claims. For the Middle East, we provide halal certificates per batch. For the EU, we can supply organic transaction certificates. Stability testing runs at 25°C/60% RH and 40°C/75% RH for 24 months.

Incoming turmeric extract is sampled at 100% of containers and tested for identity by HPLC fingerprint against a retained reference standard, curcuminoid content (target 95% ±2%), moisture, and microbial limits. Each raw lot is also screened for lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury by ICP-MS against EU and US pharmacopoeial thresholds. A batch is only released to production when all results fall within specification and the supplier COA matches our in-house verification.

During encapsulation, in-process checks run every 30 minutes: fill weight (target ±5%), capsule closure integrity, and visual defect rate. At the end of compression, a composite sample is taken for the finished-product COA, covering appearance, average fill weight, disintegration (target under 30 minutes in purified water at 37°C), total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli and Salmonella, and curcuminoid assay by HPLC. Heavy metals are re-tested on the finished capsule at a frequency of one batch per SKU per quarter, or every batch if the buyer specifies.

The COA issued with each batch lists the product name, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, specification limits, test methods and individual results, signed by the QC manager. Retention samples of every batch are stored at 25°C/60% RH and 30°C/65% RH for the full shelf life plus 12 months. Stability protocols follow ICH Q1A(R2) with pull points at 0, 3, 6, 12, 24 and 36 months, testing potency, microbials, disintegration and moisture. Accelerated data at 40°C/75% RH for six months is available on request for new formulations.

We fill turmeric capsules into HDPE bottles from 60cc to 500cc with induction seals and child-resistant or standard caps, blisters in PVC/PVDC or alu-alu, stick packs of 2g to 5g, and single-serve sachets. Bottle labelling supports full-wrap or spot labels with lot number and best-before date inkjet-coded on the base or side wall. Cartons are specified to your retail dimensions, typically 12 to 24 bottles per shipper, with pallet patterns of 48 to 60 cartons per 1200x1000mm pallet and stretch-wrap or corner-board protection.

For US dietary-supplement labels we lay out the Supplement Facts panel with curcuminoid content per serving, other ingredients, allergen statements and the DSHEA disclaimer. EU labels include the nutrition declaration, botanical name (Curcuma longa), extract ratio or standardisation, and the required food-supplement warning. We do not draft regulatory claims; the brand owner supplies final artwork and is responsible for claim substantiation in the target market. Our prepress team checks barcode scannability (EAN-13 or UPC-A) and verifies that lot and expiry fields are correctly positioned.

Amazon FNSKU labels can be applied on the bottle or over the carton, with poly-bagging and suffocation warnings where required. We can print and apply FNSKU labels at line speed, or supply neutral cartons for your own fulfilment centre labelling. Retail-ready packaging options include shelf-ready trays and display cartons with a tear strip. All packaging components are checked against a signed artwork proof before mass production, and a golden sample is retained for each SKU.

Sample orders start at 1,000 units per SKU and are dispatched within 7 to 10 working days after artwork approval and receipt of the turmeric extract. Mass production runs from 1,000 units per SKU, with a production window of 20 to 35 working days after sample sign-off and deposit. Larger orders above 50,000 units are scheduled in weekly output blocks; we confirm the exact ship date in the proforma invoice. Delays caused by artwork revisions or raw material lead time are communicated within two working days.

Air freight is typically 5 to 8 days door-to-door for orders under 500kg, while sea freight takes 25 to 40 days depending on destination port. We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong, and DDP for most major markets. DDP pricing includes customs clearance and duties but excludes VAT or sales tax, which the consignee settles locally. For sea shipments we provide a packing list with carton dimensions, gross and net weight, and pallet count to support your freight forwarder's booking.

Shipping documents include the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, COA for each batch, MSDS in the required language, and a free-sale certificate where the destination market requires one. For botanical products we can arrange a phytosanitary certificate if the importing country asks for it. Certificates of origin are issued by the local chamber of commerce. We do not provide halal certificates unless the specific production run has been audited and certified; otherwise we state the certification status clearly on the quotation.
