Vitamin C Sachet Manufacturer for Custom Formulas
EUPHM produces Vitamin C sachets in stick packs and 3-side seal formats. We handle 500 mg to 1,000 mg doses, with or without sweeteners. MOQ starts at 1,000 units per SKU. Samples ship in 7–10 working days.
Overview
Brand owners sourcing Vitamin C sachets need a manufacturer that controls fill weight, seal integrity and flavour stability. EUPHM runs vertical form-fill-seal lines for powder and granule sachets. We source ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate and natural sources like acerola. Every batch is tested for assay, moisture and microbial limits before release. Our facility holds GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP certifications. We also produce private-label sachets for vitamin blends, electrolytes and collagen.

Sachet Filling Capability and Line Capacity
EUPHM operates vertical form-fill-seal machines rated at 40–60 sachets per minute per line. We run three shifts, five days a week, giving a monthly capacity of 4–6 million sachets for Vitamin C orders. Fill weight is controlled to ±2% for doses between 1 g and 10 g. For stick packs, we use a 4-side seal format that opens cleanly without tearing. Changeover between SKUs takes 2–4 hours, including line clearance and first-article checks.
We fill powders, granules and instant blends. Vitamin C sachets often combine ascorbic acid with citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, sweeteners and flavours. Our dosing system handles hygroscopic ingredients by keeping the filling room at 45% relative humidity or lower. Each sachet passes a checkweigher and a seal-integrity test every 30 minutes. Rejected sachets are logged and destroyed. We can also apply tear notches, laser coding and child-resistant features on request.
Vitamin C Forms, Doses and Flavour Options
Vitamin C comes in several forms. Ascorbic acid gives 1,000 mg per 1,000 mg and a sharp taste. Sodium ascorbate is buffered and milder on the stomach. Acerola powder and rose hip extract suit natural-positioning brands. We can blend these with zinc, elderberry, elderflower or bioflavonoids. Typical doses are 500 mg, 1,000 mg and 1,500 mg per sachet. For children's lines, 250 mg is common. We adjust the excipient ratio so the powder flows evenly and dissolves in 100–150 ml of water.
Flavours include orange, lemon, blackcurrant, strawberry, mango and unflavoured. We use natural or nature-identical flavours. Sweetener systems can be sugar (2–4 g), stevia, sucralose or monk fruit. For sugar-free sachets, we use erythritol and stevia at 1.5–3 g total weight. Colour can come from beta-carotene, beetroot or spirulina. We run a 3-batch stability study at 25°C/60% RH and 40°C/75% RH for 6 months to confirm taste and assay retention.
Quality Control and Compliance
Every incoming lot of ascorbic acid is tested for assay, heavy metals, loss on drying and microbial limits. We follow USP and EP monographs. In-process checks include fill weight, seal strength, moisture content and foreign matter. Finished sachets are tested for total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli and Salmonella. We retain samples for 2 years. Batch records and certificates of analysis are issued for each production run. Our facility is FDA-registered and holds GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP certifications.
For halal claims, we source certified raw materials and run dedicated production slots. Organic sachets require USDA organic or EU organic certified ingredients and a separate audit trail. Vegan sachets exclude gelatin, carmine and shellac. We provide full documentation for customs: certificate of origin, health certificate, free sale certificate and allergen statement. Labels can be printed in English, German, French, Arabic or other languages. We support US, EU, UK and Middle East regulatory formats.
Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness
Vitamin C sachets are supplied in stick packs, three-side seal or four-side seal formats from 1 g to 10 g. Primary packaging options include aluminium foil with a PET or paper outer layer for moisture barrier, and clear or white film for sample packs. Secondary packaging can be a folding carton holding 10, 20 or 30 sachets, a display-ready case, or a bulk polybag for repackaging. We also fill vitamin C powder into HDPE bottles or blisters if the same SKU requires multiple formats.
For the US market, the label must carry a Supplement Facts panel with the serving size, amount per serving of vitamin C in milligrams, and the percent daily value based on the current FDA reference. All ingredients must be listed by common name, and the label must include the net quantity, a domestic address or phone number for the distributor, and a lot code and expiry date. We print lot and expiry by thermal inkjet at the seal, with a minimum character height of 1.5 mm for legibility.
Cartons are specified with a 350 gsm white board and are packed 24 or 48 units per shipper. Standard pallet configuration is 1,200 by 1,000 mm, with a maximum height of 1,800 mm including the pallet, and each pallet is stretch-wrapped and labelled with the SKU, lot and quantity. For Amazon sellers, we can apply FNSKU labels and pack into polybags with a suffocation warning where required, and we can print the carton in a retail-ready format with a barcode that meets GS1 standards.
Artwork proofs are provided as a PDF with die lines and bleed marks. We check the final print against the approved proof before the run starts, and a signed proof is kept with the batch record. If a customer supplies their own packaging, we confirm compatibility with the fill weight and seal temperature before production. Turnaround for label printing is typically five working days from artwork approval.
MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery
The minimum order quantity is 1,000 units per SKU, and pilot runs of 1,000 units are available at a higher unit cost. Samples are produced in 7 to 10 working days after receipt of the specification and artwork, and are shipped by courier at the customer's account. Mass production takes 20 to 35 working days after sample approval, depending on the number of SKUs and the packing format. A confirmed purchase order and deposit of 30 percent secure the production slot.
For export, we quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP to the customer's warehouse. Air freight is typically 5 to 7 days door to door for orders under 100 kg, while sea freight takes 25 to 35 days to Europe or North America. We provide a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, Certificate of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheet, free-sale certificate and, where required, a phytosanitary certificate for botanical ingredients. All documents are issued in English and can be legalised on request.
Production capacity is 120,000 sachets per day across two lines, which allows us to schedule repeat orders within four weeks. For urgent launches, we can hold a finished-goods buffer of 10 percent of the order quantity for 30 days at no storage cost. Delivery dates are confirmed in writing at the time of order, and any change is communicated within 24 hours. We do not ship without a signed release from the customer's quality team.
Payment terms are 30 percent deposit and 70 percent before shipment, or a letter of credit at sight for orders above USD 50,000. We accept bank transfer in USD, EUR or GBP. For first orders, we recommend a pre-shipment sample from the production run, which is dispatched within three working days of the run completion.

Questions buyers ask.
What is the MOQ for Vitamin C sachets?+
MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling or boxed sachets. For pilot runs, we can go lower. MOQ depends on sachet format, fill weight and whether you need custom printed film. We confirm exact MOQ in your quote.
Can you produce sugar-free Vitamin C sachets?+
Yes. We use erythritol, stevia, sucralose or monk fruit. A typical sugar-free sachet weighs 1.5–3 g. We run a stability study to confirm taste and assay over 6 months at 25°C and 40°C.
What certifications do you hold?+
Our facility holds GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP. We also source halal and EU organic certified ingredients. Vegan sachets are available. We are FDA-registered for export to the US.
How long does production take?+
Samples ship in 7–10 working days. Mass production takes 20–35 working days after sample approval and deposit. Lead time depends on raw material availability and order quantity. We confirm the schedule before you pay.
Can you print my brand on the sachet?+
Yes. We print up to 8 colours on the film. You provide artwork in AI or PDF format. We send a digital proof and a physical printed sample for approval before mass production. Label text can be in multiple languages.
What is the shelf life of your Vitamin C sachets and how is it validated?+
Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored below 25 degrees Celsius and 60 percent relative humidity in the original sealed sachet. We validate this with a real-time stability study at 25 degrees Celsius and 60 percent relative humidity, plus an accelerated study at 40 degrees Celsius and 75 percent relative humidity for six months. Assay, moisture and seal integrity are tested at 0, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months, and the results are available in the stability report.
Can you supply Vitamin C sachets with a clean label and no artificial sweeteners?+
Yes. We can formulate with ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate and sweeten with stevia, monk fruit or erythritol, or leave the product unsweetened. Flavours are available as natural or nature-identical, and we can exclude carriers such as maltodextrin if the fill weight allows. The final formula is confirmed in a written specification before sampling, and the label ingredient list is checked against the formula to ensure it meets clean-label requirements in your target market.
What is your policy on artwork changes after the order is placed?+
Artwork changes are accepted up to five working days before the scheduled print date at no charge. After that, a plate or cylinder change fee applies, typically USD 150 to 300 per colour, and the production date may move by three to five working days. All changes must be submitted in writing with a new proof approval. We keep the approved artwork on file for two years so repeat orders can be processed without re-submission.
