Overview

MCT oil is a low-viscosity, clear liquid that demands clean filling, tight torque control and oxygen-free headspace. As a liquid contract manufacturer, EUPHM runs dedicated stainless-steel lines for C8/C10 fractions and blends, with nitrogen flushing and inline weight checks. We handle bottle formats from 10 ml droppers to 1,000 ml bulk, plus caps, seals and retail cartons. Certifications include GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, halal. Lead time for mass production is 20–35 working days after artwork and deposit.

Filling and packaging capability

EUPHM operates four liquid filling lines with a combined capacity of 120,000 bottles per day for 250–500 ml formats. Volumetric fillers hold ±1% accuracy, and every bottle passes an inline checkweigher before capping. We use nitrogen flushing for headspace oxygen below 2%, which protects C8/C10 stability over 24 months. Changeover between bottle sizes takes under 90 minutes, so a 1,000-unit run is practical without long downtime.

Secondary packaging includes induction sealing, shrink bands, child-resistant caps and retail cartons. For e-commerce clients, we can pack in corrugated shippers with ISTA-3A testing on request. Bulk options cover 1 L, 5 L and 20 L jerry cans, plus 200 L drums for industrial buyers. All contact parts are 316L stainless steel or food-grade PTFE. Lines are flushed and swabbed between allergen and non-allergen runs.

Formulation and ingredient sourcing

MCT oil is fractionated from coconut or palm kernel oil. We source C8 (caprylic) and C10 (capric) fractions from RSPO-certified suppliers in Malaysia and Indonesia, with full traceability to the mill. Typical ratios are 60/40 C8/C10, 70/30, or pure C8 for keto and sports nutrition. Each lot arrives with a certificate of analysis covering fatty acid profile, peroxide value (≤1.0 meq/kg), free fatty acid (≤0.1%) and moisture (≤0.1%).

We can blend MCT with other carriers such as fractionated coconut oil, sunflower oil or medium-chain triglycerides from dairy. Flavour options include unflavoured, natural vanilla, peppermint and citrus. For vegan claims, we confirm no animal-derived processing aids. Organic certification is available when the incoming oil carries or EU organic status. Formulation support covers label claims, serving size and stability testing at 25°C and 40°C.

Quality control and compliance

Every batch is tested in-house for appearance, odour, fatty acid profile, peroxide value and microbial limits. We retain samples for 24 months. The facility is FDA-registered for dietary supplements and holds GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP certifications. Halal certificates are maintained through annual audits. For EU buyers, we provide documentation for novel food and health claim review on a case-by-case basis.

Labels can carry structure-function claims permitted in the US, EU, UK and GCC. Our regulatory team reviews artwork for banned ingredients, allergen statements and nutrition panels. We do not claim FDA approval; the facility is FDA-registered. Third-party testing through Eurofins or SGS is available at cost. Shipping terms include FOB Shenzhen or Yantian, CIF, and DDP for repeat buyers.

Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness

MCT oil liquid is filled into PET, HDPE or glass bottles from 10 ml to 1,000 ml. For single-serve formats, we offer 15 ml and 30 ml stick packs and 10 ml sachets on a vertical form-fill-seal line with nitrogen flushing. Bottles can be fitted with dropper tips, disc-top caps, pump dispensers or tamper-evident screw caps. We also supply 250 ml and 500 ml Boston rounds with induction seals. For retail chains and Amazon, we apply a lot code and expiry date by inkjet on the base or neck, and a scannable barcode on the label.

Labels for the US market must include the statement of identity, net quantity, ingredient list, and a supplement facts panel with serving size, servings per container and quantitative amounts of C8 and C10. We also include the manufacturer/distributor name and address, country of origin, and allergen declarations where applicable. For EU retail, the label follows Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 and the Nutrition and Health Claims Regulation. We provide artwork templates in AI and PDF formats, and our in-house team checks FDA 21 CFR 101.36 elements before printing.

Carton specifications are tailored to bottle size. A standard 500 ml bottle ships 12 per carton with a gross weight of approximately 6.5 kg, and 48 cartons per pallet (1,152 bottles) on a 1,200 x 1,000 mm pallet. For 250 ml, 24 per carton and 60 cartons per pallet. We print lot and expiry on both bottle and carton, and apply a pallet label with SSCC if required. Amazon FNSKU labels can be applied at our facility, and we can poly-bag and insert desiccant for FBA shipments. Retail compliance for Tesco, Walmart and Costco is supported with pre-shipment samples and specification sheets.

MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery

Sample lead time for MCT oil liquid is 7–10 working days for stock bottles and labels, and 12–15 working days if a custom bottle mould or custom label print is needed. Samples are free for standard formulations, with freight collect. For custom C8/C10 ratios or added ingredients, we provide a 100 ml development sample and a draft COA before you commit to a production order. MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU for retail packaging, with a 500-unit pilot run available for market testing.

Mass production runs 20–35 working days after artwork approval and receipt of deposit. This includes raw material release, filling, labelling, QC testing and packing. If organic certification is required, add 5–7 working days for documentation review. We schedule production in two shifts, with a weekly capacity of approximately 120,000 bottles for 250–500 ml formats. For repeat orders with unchanged artwork, lead time reduces to 18–25 working days.

We ship under EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Yantian, or DDP to your door. Air freight is recommended for orders under 500 kg, with transit of 5–8 days to the US or EU. Sea freight for full pallets takes 22–28 days to the US West Coast and 28–35 days to Europe. We provide a commercial invoice, packing list, COA, MSDS, free-sale certificate, and phytosanitary certificate where applicable. For halal claims, we include the relevant certificate copy with the shipping documents.

Questions buyers ask.

What is the MOQ for MCT oil private label?+

Standard MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling. Pilot runs start at 500 units with stock bottles and caps. Custom moulds or custom label sizes may raise the MOQ to 5,000 units.

Can you supply organic MCT oil?+

Yes. We source and EU organic MCT fractions when available. halal certificates are held for the facility. Organic certification adds 5–7 working days to sourcing and requires lot-specific documentation.

What is the lead time for 10,000 units?+

After deposit and artwork approval, mass production takes 20–35 working days. Bottle and cap procurement may add 10–15 days if using non-stock components. Shipping from Shenzhen adds 20–35 days to US or EU ports.

Do you offer C8 only or C10 only MCT?+

Yes. We stock C8 100%, C10 100% and blends such as 60/40 and 70/30. Pure C8 carries a higher raw material cost. Minimum order for a custom ratio is 1,000 units.
