Capsule Filling Capability for NAD+

NAD+ is hygroscopic and heat-sensitive, so capsule filling must run in a controlled environment. EUPHM fills NAD+ powder and blends on automatic capsule machines at 50,000–120,000 capsules per day, with relative humidity held below 45% and room temperature at 18–24°C. Fill weights range from 150 mg to 800 mg per capsule, with a standard weight variation of ±5%.

We run sizes 0, 1 and 2 capsules in gelatin or HPMC. For delayed-release formats, we apply enteric coating on the filled capsule to target intestinal release. Every batch is checked for average weight, disintegration and fill uniformity before packing. Packaging options include 30, 60, 90 and 120 count bottles, plus blister packs and sachets.

NAD+ Formulation and Ingredient Handling

NAD+ capsules often combine the ingredient with resveratrol, NMN, pterostilbene, TMG or collagen. We source NAD+ as a stabilised powder and verify identity, assay and heavy metals before blending. Typical label claims sit at 100 mg, 200 mg or 300 mg NAD+ per capsule, though we can match your target dose.

Blending runs in a V-blender or ribbon mixer with 15–30 minute cycles. We add flow agents such as silicon dioxide at 0.5–2% to prevent caking, and magnesium stearate at 0.5–1.5% where needed. For vegan or halal projects, we use plant-based HPMC shells and certify no animal-derived excipients. Organic options are available if your NAD+ and carrier meet rules.

Quality Control and Export Documentation

EUPHM operates a GMP-certified facility with ISO 22000 and HACCP systems. Incoming NAD+ raw material is tested for assay, moisture, heavy metals and microbial load. In-process checks cover capsule weight every 30 minutes, and finished batches are tested for potency, disintegration, and total plate count. Certificates of analysis are issued per batch.

For export to the US, EU, UK and Middle East, we prepare COA, MSDS, specification sheets, and halal certificates where required. The facility is FDA-registered for dietary supplements. Shipping runs FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong, with air freight for samples and sea freight for mass orders. Lead times hold at 20–35 working days after artwork and deposit.

Quality Control and Batch Documentation

Every NAD+ capsule batch is tested at three points: incoming raw material, in-process fill checks, and finished product. Identity and potency of the NAD+ raw material are confirmed by HPLC against a reference standard before release to production. During filling, we check fill weight every 15 minutes on a calibrated balance, with a tolerance of ±5% of the target weight. Microbials, heavy metals and disintegration are tested on the finished capsules at a third-party laboratory.

The Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued with each batch lists the tests performed, specifications, results and methods. It includes identity, assay (potency as % of label claim), microbial limits (total aerobic count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella), heavy metals (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury), and disintegration time. Moisture content and appearance are also recorded. The COA is signed by the QC manager and references the batch number and production date.

Retention samples of every batch are kept for two years in controlled conditions (20°C ± 5°C, RH 60% ± 10%). For stability, we run accelerated studies at 40°C/75% RH for six months and real-time studies at 25°C/60% RH for up to 24 months, depending on the client's market requirements. These protocols follow ICH guidelines and support shelf-life claims of 18 to 24 months. Clients receive stability summaries with the first commercial batch.

In-process controls also cover capsule shell integrity, seal quality for delayed-release capsules, and metal detection at the end of the line. Any deviation triggers a non-conformance report and batch hold until resolved. Documentation is retained for five years, and clients can request batch records, equipment logs and deviation reports during audits. This level of traceability is standard for our NAD+ capsule manufacturing and supports regulatory inspections in the EU and US.

Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness

We offer primary packaging in HDPE bottles (30, 60, 90, 120, 180 counts), blister packs (10, 14, 30 capsules per card), stick packs (single-dose powder or capsule-in-stick) and sachets. Bottles can include induction seals, desiccant sachets and child-resistant closures. Blisters use aluminium-PVC or all-aluminium for moisture protection. Stick packs are typically 2–5 g fill and suit single-serve positioning. We can also supply bulk capsules in double polyethylene bags inside fibre drums for clients who fill locally.

For the US market, we support FDA dietary-supplement label elements: statement of identity, net quantity, supplement facts panel, other ingredients, directions, and the mandatory disclaimer. We can generate print-ready artwork from your copy or work with your designer. Lot number and expiry date are inkjet-printed on the bottle, carton and shipper, with formats matching your market (e.g. YYYY/MM/DD or MM/YYYY). We also apply batch-specific QR codes if required.

Cartons are standard export-grade corrugated with a 5-ply construction for bottles and 3-ply for blisters. Pallet specifications: 1200 x 1000 mm or 1200 x 800 mm, stretch-wrapped and corner-protected, with a maximum height of 1.8 m. We can print Amazon FNSKU labels and apply them to each unit, and we follow FBA carton labelling and poly-bagging requirements. Retail compliance for the EU includes the address of the responsible person and allergen statements where applicable.

Packaging line capacity is 30,000–60,000 bottles per day, depending on count and label complexity. We run a line clearance check between SKUs to prevent mix-ups. For blister and stick formats, changeover takes 4–6 hours. Artwork approval is required before production, and we provide a digital proof and a physical pre-production sample for sign-off. All packaging materials are food-grade and meet EU 10/2011 and US FDA 21 CFR 174-186 requirements for food-contact substances.

MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery

The minimum order quantity for NAD+ capsules is 1,000 units per SKU, with lower thresholds for pilot runs (from 1,000 units) subject to a setup fee. Sampling takes 7–10 working days from receipt of your specification and signed NDA. The sample includes a draft COA and packaging options. Once you approve the sample and pay the deposit, mass production runs 20–35 working days, depending on capsule shell type, packaging format and whether stability testing is required.

We ship worldwide from Guangdong, China. For urgent orders, air freight takes 5–10 days door-to-door, while sea freight takes 25–40 days depending on destination port. We work with EXW, FOB (Shenzhen or Hong Kong), and DDP terms. DDP is available for the US, EU, UK and Middle East, with duties and taxes handled by our forwarder. For DDP shipments, we need your importer of record details and product classification to confirm feasibility.

Documentation provided with each shipment includes the Certificate of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), free-sale certificate, and phytosanitary certificate where relevant (for plant-derived capsule shells). We also provide a packing list, commercial invoice, and bill of lading or airway bill. For EU clients, we can issue a declaration of compliance for food-contact materials. Certificates of origin can be arranged on request. All documents are issued in English and can be legalised or apostilled if your market requires it.

Payment terms are 30% deposit with the balance against the pre-shipment inspection report or bill of lading copy. We accept T/T and can discuss L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Production scheduling is confirmed within 48 hours of deposit receipt. If your order is time-sensitive, we can reserve line capacity in advance. Our export team provides weekly production updates and shares photos of the finished goods before shipment.

Questions buyers ask.

What is the MOQ for NAD+ capsules?+

MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU for retail bottling. Lower volumes are available for pilot runs, typically 500–1,000 units, so you can test the market before scaling. Each SKU can have its own dose and capsule count.

How long does sampling take?+

Sample lead time is 7–10 working days after we receive your specification and raw materials. Samples are produced on the same line as mass production, so fill weight and appearance match the final batch.

Can you make vegan or halal NAD+ capsules?+

Yes. We fill HPMC vegan shells and certify no animal-derived excipients. Halal certificates are available for the finished product and the facility. Organic options exist if your NAD+ and carriers meet rules.

What is the production lead time?+

Mass production runs 20–35 working days after sample approval and deposit. This covers blending, encapsulation, coating, packaging and QC. Sea freight to the US or EU adds 20–35 days; air freight is 5–10 days.

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?+

Yes. Every batch ships with a COA covering assay, moisture, heavy metals, microbial load and disintegration. We also provide MSDS and specification sheets for customs and regulatory review in your market.

What is the shelf life of your NAD+ capsules and how is it determined?+

Shelf life is set at 18 to 24 months based on real-time and accelerated stability studies. We test potency, microbials and disintegration at 0, 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months under controlled conditions. The expiry date is printed on each unit and carton. If you need a specific shelf life for your market, we can run a tailored stability protocol before commercial production.

Can you handle custom capsule colours and printing?+

Yes. We can supply capsules in opaque or transparent shells with custom colours, and print logos or text on the shell using pharmaceutical-grade ink. Minimum order for custom colours is typically 50,000 capsules per colour, and printing adds 5–7 working days to lead time. We provide colour samples for approval before production.

Do you offer kitting or assembly with other supplements?+

We can assemble multi-component kits that combine NAD+ capsules with other capsules or tablets in a single retail box or blister card. This includes inserting leaflets, desiccants and branded packaging. Kitting adds 3–5 working days and requires a bill of materials. We can also pack separate SKUs into a single shipper for consolidated shipments.
