Our chewable suite handles both compressed tablets and soft chews. Compression runs on rotary presses with force control, which keeps weight variation within ±3% at 250–1,500 mg. Soft chews are deposited into moulds and cured under controlled temperature and humidity, so the final texture stays pliable without sticking. Changeover between SKUs is scheduled in 24-hour blocks to reduce cross-contact risk.

We can run shaped tablets (bear, star, round, heart) and coated or uncoated chewables. Fruit flavours and natural colourants are dosed in-line. For pilot runs under 5,000 units, we use a smaller press to keep material waste low. Scale-up to full production is validated against the approved sample, so the first commercial batch matches what you signed off.

Paediatric formulas need actives that taste acceptable at low inclusion rates. We work with vitamin D3, C, B-complex, zinc, iron, calcium and omega-3 concentrates. For iron, we use carbonyl iron or ferrous fumarate at levels that stay below taste thresholds. Sweetener systems combine xylitol, sorbitol, mannitol and stevia to avoid tooth decay and keep the chew soft.

Binder and disintegrant selection depends on the active. Microcrystalline cellulose and croscarmellose work for most vitamin tablets; soft chews use gelatin or pectin bases with glycerin. We test hardness, friability, disintegration and moisture at 0, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months. If an ingredient is heat-sensitive, we adjust the process temperature or move to a soft chew format.

Every batch has a certificate of analysis covering identity, potency, microbial limits, heavy metals and disintegration. We hold GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP certifications. halal and vegan documentation is available where the formula and supply chain support it. The facility is FDA-registered for dietary supplements.

For export, we pack in HDPE bottles with induction seals, blister packs or stick packs. Cartons and labels can be printed to your artwork. We ship FOB Shenzhen or Yantian, with air freight for urgent orders. Typical transit is 18–25 days to the US east coast, 22–30 days to the EU, and 10–16 days to the Middle East. Every batch of kids chewables is tested against a written specification before release. Incoming raw materials are sampled at 100% of containers for identity by FTIR or HPLC, and actives are assayed for potency within a 95.0–105.0% label claim window. During compression, weight variation is checked every 30 minutes on a 20-tablet sample; hardness and friability are recorded hourly. Finished tablets are tested for microbial limits (TPC, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella), heavy metals (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury) and disintegration. Soft chews additionally undergo texture profile analysis and water activity testing to confirm chewability and shelf stability.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued for each batch and includes the product name, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, active ingredient assay results, microbial and heavy metal results, disintegration time, and a signed release statement. The COA references the specification number and test methods used. For US-bound products, a dietary supplement label review is included at no extra cost. EU-bound products receive a statement of compliance with EU Regulation 2016/128 for food supplements. Certificates for halal or vegan claims are provided only when the specific batch has been produced under the relevant certified programme.

Retention samples of every batch are stored at 25°C/60% RH and 30°C/65% RH for the full shelf life plus 12 months. A stability protocol is agreed before production: typically 0, 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24-month timepoints for potency, microbials, disintegration and appearance. Accelerated stability at 40°C/75% RH for 6 months is available for new formulations. If a batch fails any specification point, it is placed on hold, investigated under a documented non-conformance procedure, and not released. Batch records, test data and deviation reports are retained for five years and are available for audit by appointment.

Kids chewables are packed in HDPE bottles (60, 90, 120 or 150 count) with induction seals and child-resistant closures, or in blister packs (PVC/PVDC or alu-alu) for unit-dose formats. Stick packs and sachets are available for powder or soft chew formats, with fill weights from 2 g to 6 g. Bottle labelling supports up to 6 panels with a maximum label height of 120 mm. Cartons are printed to your artwork with lot number and expiry date applied by inkjet or laser coding at the time of packing. We can apply Amazon FNSKU labels, retail shelf-ready labels and any retailer-specific compliance marks you provide.

For US market entry, labels must include the Supplement Facts panel, serving size, amount per serving, percent daily value for children over 4 years, ingredient list, allergen statement, and the manufacturer/distributor address. We review your artwork against FDA 21 CFR 101 requirements and return a mark-up within 3 working days. EU labels require nutrition declaration, permitted health claims from Regulation 432/2012, and a food business operator address within the EU. Middle East markets may require Arabic labelling and halal marks; we can apply these if certificates are in place. We do not provide regulatory advice; final label approval remains with your regulatory team.

Cartons are specified as 5-ply corrugated with a minimum burst strength of 1,200 kPa. A standard export carton holds 24 bottles of 90 count and measures 400 x 300 x 250 mm, with a gross weight of approximately 12 kg. Pallets are 1,200 x 1,000 mm, heat-treated to ISPM 15, and loaded to a maximum height of 1,800 mm including the pallet. Each carton is labelled with product name, batch number, quantity, gross weight and country of origin. For Amazon FBA shipments, we can pack to Amazon's carton and pallet requirements, including FNSKU labelling and shipment planning, at an additional handling fee quoted per order.

Sampling starts with a formulation brief and target dosage form. We provide a quotation within 2 working days and a draft specification within 5 working days. Stock-flavour samples of existing formulas are shipped in 7–10 working days. Custom-flavour or custom-shape samples require a tooling and development fee and take 15–20 working days, including a pilot compression run of 1,000 units. Sample costs are credited against the first bulk order. We courier samples by DHL or FedEx at your account or ours; you are responsible for any import duties on samples.

Mass production begins after you approve the sample and pay the 30% deposit. Standard lead time is 20–35 working days from sample approval and receipt of all packaging materials. Orders above 500,000 units are scheduled in two production runs and may require 40–45 working days. We confirm a production slot in writing once the deposit is received. Delays caused by late artwork approval, packaging material shortages or regulatory holds are notified within 2 working days with a revised schedule. We do not accept liability for delays outside our control, but we will prioritise your batch in the next available slot.

We ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong, and DDP to most US and EU addresses. Air freight takes 5–10 days door to door and is suitable for orders under 300 kg or for urgent launches. Sea freight takes 25–40 days depending on destination port and is more economical for full pallets. We provide a commercial invoice, packing list, COA, MSDS (where required), free-sale certificate and, for relevant plant-derived ingredients, a phytosanitary certificate. Certificate of origin can be issued on request. Shipping documents are sent by email within 3 working days of dispatch, and tracking details are provided for all air and sea shipments.
