Single-Dose Liquid Manufacturer for Supplements
EUPHM fills single-dose liquid supplements in sachets, stick packs and vials. MOQ 1,000 units per SKU. GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP certified. Samples in 7-10 working days.

Overview
Single-dose liquids suit electrolytes, sleep aids, beauty shots and children's vitamins. The format removes dosing errors and spoilage risk after opening. As a single-dose liquid manufacturer, we handle water activity control, preservative selection and seal integrity across 5-30 ml fills. Our parent capability, liquid manufacturing, covers the same lines for multi-dose bottles and bulk concentrates.

Filling and Sealing Capability
Our four form-fill-seal lines run sachets from 5 ml to 30 ml. Each line holds ±1.5% fill accuracy at 40 cycles per minute. We fill stick packs for pocket carry and flat sachets for boxed retail. Vials and ampoules run on a separate line for 10-50 ml doses. Changeover between SKUs takes 90 minutes, which keeps small batches practical.
Seal integrity is checked every 30 minutes by dye penetration and burst testing. We run nitrogen flush for oxidation-sensitive actives such as vitamin C and omega-3 emulsions. Headspace oxygen stays below 2%. Every batch is traceable to the filling line, shift and operator.
Formulation for Single-Dose Liquids
Single-dose liquids need tighter water activity control than multi-dose bottles. We target aw below 0.6 where possible, or use a preservative system of potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate at pH 3.2-4.0. For clean-label briefs, we use glycerin, honey or plant-derived antimicrobials. Sugar-free versions use allulose, stevia or monk fruit.
Actives we commonly suspend include electrolytes, collagen peptides, biotin, melatonin, elderberry, zinc and B-complex. Emulsions carry fat-soluble vitamins and CBD. We test viscosity, pH, Brix and microbial load before filling. Suspensions pass through a 100-mesh screen to avoid nozzle blockage.
Quality, Compliance and Logistics
The plant is GMP-certified, ISO 22000 and HACCP compliant. Halal and vegan certificates are available per SKU. We are an FDA-registered facility for US-bound shipments. Each batch ships with a certificate of analysis covering assay, pH, microbials and heavy metals. Shelf-life studies run at 25°C/60% RH and 40°C/75% RH for 24 months.
We pack in food-grade cartons with desiccant where needed. Air freight from Guangdong reaches Los Angeles in 3-5 days and Rotterdam in 5-7 days. Sea freight takes 18-28 days. We handle export documents, MSDS and COA translation for EU, UK and Middle East customs.
Quality Control and Batch Documentation
Every batch of single-dose liquids is tested against a written specification before release. Identity testing confirms each active ingredient by HPLC or UV-Vis against a reference standard. Potency is assayed at 100 percent of label claim with a tolerance of plus or minus 5 percent, and overage is added only where stability data justify it. Microbial limits follow USP <2021> and <2022> for non-sterile liquids: total aerobic count below 100 cfu per ml, absence of E. coli and Salmonella, and yeast and mould below 10 cfu per ml.
Heavy metals are screened by ICP-MS for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury against ICH Q3D limits. For liquids in sachets or stick packs, seal integrity is checked by dye penetration and burst testing on a sampling plan of 30 units per lot. pH, viscosity, water activity and preservative efficacy are measured at release. Preservative efficacy follows USP <51> with a five-organism challenge, and results are retained with the batch record.
A certificate of analysis (COA) is issued for each lot and includes the product name, lot number, manufacture and expiry dates, fill volume, test parameters, specification limits, results and the analyst and QA sign-off. Retention samples of every lot are stored at 25 degrees Celsius and 60 percent relative humidity for the full shelf life plus six months. Stability follows ICH Q1A(R2) with accelerated conditions at 40 degrees Celsius and 75 percent relative humidity for six months, and real-time data at 25 degrees Celsius and 60 percent relative humidity for 24 to 36 months.
Batch records are retained for five years after expiry. Deviations and out-of-specification results trigger a documented investigation with root-cause analysis before any release decision. This documentation package supports customer audits and regulatory submissions in the EU, Gulf and Southeast Asia.
Packaging, Labelling and Retail Readiness
Single-dose liquids are filled into stick packs, sachets, blisters or small bottles. Stick packs are typically 5 to 15 ml in laminated PET, aluminium and PE with a tear notch; sachets run 10 to 30 ml in foil laminates for light-sensitive formulas. Blisters use PVC or PVDC with aluminium lidding for unit-dose presentation. Bottles from 10 to 30 ml in PET or glass are available with tamper-evident caps. We source packaging from qualified suppliers and provide dimensional drawings and material declarations before tooling.
Labels for the US market carry the FDA dietary-supplement panel: statement of identity, net quantity, supplement facts with serving size and percent daily value, other ingredients, and the mandatory disclaimer. We also support EU Regulation 1169/2011 nutrition declarations and Gulf GSO labelling. Lot and expiry coding is applied by inkjet or laser on the primary pack and carton, in a format agreed at artwork approval. Cartons are specified to a customer dieline with a maximum of 24 units per carton, and pallets are 1,200 by 1,000 mm or 1,200 by 800 mm with a maximum height of 1,800 mm including the pallet.
For Amazon and retail compliance, we can apply FNSKU labels, poly-bag units with suffocation warnings, and carton labels with box contents and expiry. Retail-ready packaging and shelf-ready trays are available on request. Artwork proofs are approved in writing before printing, and a golden sample is retained for each SKU.
MOQ, Lead Times and Delivery
Sampling starts with a formulation brief and target specification. We provide a quotation within three working days and a sample in 7 to 10 working days after receipt of the brief and any reference sample. Sample costs are credited against the first production order. Pilot runs start at 1,000 units per SKU, and standard MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU. Mass production takes 20 to 35 working days after written approval of the sample and artwork, depending on packaging lead time and whether the formula is new or existing.
Shipping is by air or sea. Air freight from Guangdong to the EU or Middle East takes 5 to 8 days door to door for small volumes; sea freight takes 25 to 35 days port to port. We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong, and DDP for select destinations. DDP includes customs clearance and duties but requires a complete product description and HS code at order confirmation.
Documents provided with each shipment include the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, material safety data sheet where applicable, free-sale certificate, and certificate of origin. Phytosanitary certificates are provided only where a botanical ingredient requires them. Halal certificates are available for covered SKUs. We do not ship without a signed artwork approval and a confirmed purchase order.
